Let us continue our effort to determine the basics necessary for the identification and resolution of conflicts! In the three previous posts I tried to present what is almost completely related to the individual. But as we will see further (and you probably have realized) it is not only about the individual but, crushingly, about his "links" to the environment, especially with his fellow son more or less close. And, a first step would be our ability to receive and give.

Everything "taking" our ability to create our own universe, which is quite different from the real one, appears as imperative an effort to correctly retrieve as many elements from the real environment to be able to dispose of as many and, of course, to use as many as possible in the conscious way. We have stated/stressed "consciously" because our unconscious is much more vigilant than our conscious elements that need the help of conscious perception, focus, fixation, memory.

On the paths you walk through every day, flowers can bloom as beautiful as they are. If, immersed in thoughts or fixed on your goals, you run past them, you will not be able to enjoy their beauty. If you haven't learned to recognize a hammer and know that it can be used when you nail, even if there are ten hammers around you, you will continue to knock on the wall the nails with which you fix the paintings with the heel of the shoe or something less suitable (effective). Pay attention to the things that are going on around you and try to discover their meaning. This is esotericism (what is hidden) applied.

An old saying says "You reap what you sow" (when you reach the target you only get what you sow on the way). He who does not perceive anything along the way, cannot take anything with him, and in the end will be in the same position as at the beginning (or worse, or on another road). It is possible that a lot of effort and time can be invested to circle and the possible subsequent change will no longer be possible or to "come" too late. So the focus to retrieve as many as can be summed up and on a "fixing" introspection with the help of the subconscious. It constantly gathers, meticulously, without error, deformation or other problems of interpretation. With his help we can quickly and securely fix what we "missed".

Otherwise, it is possible that at the end of the road he has gathered with the help of the subconscious many of the gifts he has given us. Thus, a defeated harassed and frustrated can still become a brilliant winner who will not forget at least one of life's lessons: "Being aware is the key to luck!" ...

But accumulating and interacting with the environment also gives rise to the need for responsibility. So the more responsible you think you are for everything that concerns you, the freer you become. Every individual who considers himself a victim of circumstances, a person without power (from any point of view, however "private" it may seem), will have less opportunity to get what he needs to be happy. He is dependent on the goodwill of "others", stronger than him (more in the sense of dependence than power in the concrete way). if you decide to be so, politicians, parents, children, society, industry, karma (negative, of course) and others, they can all decide what you are concerned about and you are totally dependent on these "forces".

And that's because if you've decided not to have power, you're creating a power vacuum. Nature strives to fill any vacuum as quickly as possible. So it's not "other" fault if you give up being responsible for your life. Of course, in a way it's convenient to be some kind of slave. But do you really want this?!? If not, decide for yourself, for your individuality and your freedom! Regain your strength and begin to take your life into your own hands. I do not know anyone who has done this (really, and not just trying) and who has not soon become visibly more satisfied than in the past than in the past, compared to the time when he was not responsible. You are the master/master of your own life!

Only the one who takes over and uses the gift of freedom of personal decision that the force of creation has given him can collaborate with God (even with his representation of our fellowmen) and accelerate his life development in all respects. The others will just excuse themselves by saying that, being powerless, they're not responsible for anything...

And, from everyday life, it can be inferred without any problems that most gestures "taking destiny into their own hands" is based on an emotional motivation (of any sense). Then, as a corollary, one can "find" that a man with a greater emotional motivation for a certain change in his way of life, learns this faster and easier than the one with less emotional involvement. for practical reasons, no one changes deep things in their own life. There must be a motivation "characterized" by a force greater than functional inertia (or previous emotional motivations). This is because, in order to do so, it requires an extremely high energy consumption, and the mobilization of vital energy is a matter of feeling.

As an exception in this regard, modern science has the same opinion as ancient teachings. When feelings get strong, the subconscious notices that something important is happening. Now, one thing is no longer objectively important but becomes a personal interest. The subconscious decided, "I can get something nice from here." Or, it's also possible to find out, "Beware, here I might lose something pleasant. I could hurt my head."

As usual, in these cases, in order to keep the situation under control, emotional forces are mobilized. If you want to learn to grow up, don't forget that on the road to development you take with you and your emotional forces. If you treat them kindly, they will lead you safely down the steepest paths of life, both up and down the mountain!

There's something else to "point" before we go any further... Let us not forget that every man is made up of several functional spheres (partial personalities). We've talked about this before, but I'll come back with a little description. It's not like "angel on one shoulder and demon on the other." First of all it would have been good if these partial personalities had been so few numerically (most of the time we have shoulders full of such "persons"). Then it's not about the contradiction between these "people"... The more these are taken into account in the process of structuring life, the stronger, more flexible, healthier, happier (and lists of "good stuff" could continue).

Throughout our lives we develop a huge number of "specialists" who, for the most part, act unconsciously. And they have a special power because they generally act outside our control possibilities, depending on the different "force" that that "specialist" has accumulated. to be more explicit, in a way of a concrete example, we have a "specialist" to be able to relationship with certain people, difficult, loving, etc., a "specialist" to dance tango, one to drive, one to "walk through the neighborhood", one to be able to be friends, to be tender, and so on.m.d. Some of them are appreciated according to the qualities they have and their "advice", "orders" or other actions are more prized and therefore more "applied", while others actually vegetate on the periphery of personality as misunderstood and often unwanted geniuses. We discussed these "presences" at length in posts where we approached the mask and the under-mask.

But what I want to point out now is that if you consciously and kindly relate to yourself and your qualities, over time, these underground geniuses will become particularly useful and, often, their special knowledge will make your life easier, even by simply supplying the energy that is obtained by working with them.

And from here, we get to the last step, for today... From everything we have presented today, it follows that by constantly learning from what we live and constantly learning from the "personalities" with which we are "gifted" we do nothing but move forward better and better. So who learns, and teaches others, lives (it is not difficult to extend the scope of the process from us with our "personalities" and to those around us, including their "personalities"). Learning and teaching others are two actions that differ only in that a certain attitude, important to those involved, is perceived and lived from a different perspective.

For his experiences, the teacher needs students, just as they need him to experience their experiences. It is a common road that can best travel when the community and the relationships that arise when we look at it from the most diverse perspectives is not lost. In its essence, life is synonymous with learning and teaching others. That's why we're here in this world (of course, custom... probably). Through this we evolve and make our contribution, when we want (and can) do it, to the development of all creation.

He who thinks he doesn't have to learn anything, has finally decided to die, to break up with this world. He doesn't want to grow up anymore, and what doesn't grow, dies. This can be observed daily in nature. Who does not wish to learn, will not be involved by his knowledge, by his life experience and by his commitment to the development of the whole system of creation (which, as we have discussed before is in fact One). So he doesn't care about the system. For what does not give fruit, does not help to feed others, nor does it help to maintain one's own life through propagation. And, who does not stimulate growth, although they might, is convinced to some extent that maintaining the system is immaterial. Because if it was important to him, he'd be concerned about it... It's neither religion nor philosophy. This is the reality...

In turn, the system as a whole is also this plan of creation. Anyone who does not want to trust himself has decided, regardless of motivation, to leave (no need to resort to suicide).

It is possible that he simply needs a little peace before he throws himself back, fully motivated, into the tumult of life. This may be part of the natural compensation of opposites. Whatever decision you make, you have to be sure that what you want results from consistency and then you will be involved in supporting the decision you have made. You yourself are the master/master who structures your life...

That's enough for today! Tomorrow we will "discuss" the engine of life, represented by emotions, especially those related to love, responsibility (gratitude) and awareness (understanding)... See you tomorrow!

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!
