Translation Draft

In a kind of attempt to complete what has been presented so far, as introductory notions, for this weekend we will draw "introduction" conclusions...

Conflict is the main problem that arises in everything we do. Conflict of interest, conflict of love, conflict with those around us, conflict with ourselves, and so on.m. To address conflicts, identify and/ or resolve we have "proposed" some "working" elements. So most of the conflicts occur in the interactions between people, between us and those around us. If we are to resolve conflicts, we must seek the common major objectives of the warring parties and help them to pursue each other together by supporting each other.

Conflicts between different people or even those within an individual arise because each of the parties to the conflict has very important personal needs and it seems that there is no possibility that all can satisfy them at the same time and that, through the claims they have, the needs of the parties are mutually exclusive. If one tries, as, unfortunately, it is still customary, to impose an objective despite the resistance of those involved, not only does the conflict move in time and space, but also not resolve it, its evolution being quite often towards amplification.

Anyone who is defeated, not meeting his needs, waits only for the moment when he will be the one who "takes the kayak". Of course, when others are denied meeting their needs, they will also try to do the same... It's a vicious circle that each of us can see every day.

There is, however, a way of full resolution, experienced in both the social and the individual field. Within this framework, the common objective, which contains the objectives of the different parties, the expression part of the free will of each party, a kind of "reconciliation" of the parties. For example, in alpha and theta therapies, an initial imaginative focus is made on this "reconciliation" either represented by a simple embrace with the other parties, either by a kind of imaginative dialogue establishing "common paths", real (attention, one's own mind cannot be lied to), followed in time by a real closure of conflicts by a kind of "unconscious" compliance or, at least, by an acceptance of existing conditions (seems unreal but the millions of practitioners of these techniques say otherwise). In NLP (neurolinguistic programming) a "metaobjective" is established which will be followed with common forces. In this way, no one loses or makes a displacement of the conflict. This way of overcoming conflicts is also designated as the "win/win" method, because no one loses within it.

As a quick example, some people who have problems with overweight, want to lose weight and struggle with the extra pounds they have. Of course it only works by making sacrifices and, more often than not, in the short term. Why this fight as long as something has decided that extra pounds are needed? Psychological studies and new medicine in all its forms have determined that the personality side responsible for overweight would want to achieve something particularly important, for example, a short-term stress discharge, so that the nervous system is no longer overworked. When I specify the nervous system, I mean both the vegetative, unconscious, autonomous and the conscious.

Only if, in our example, we confine ourselves to the conflicts that arise at the level of the vegetative nervous system, we have a conflict between the sympathetic component that is in the desired overoperation of material deprivations, for example, and commands the body to gather as many reserves as necessary either the "struggle" of acquisition, of resolution, which will follow either the "run" of some name. Or, under these conditions, the parasympathetic side that could "handle" the solutions related to repairs, the "construction" is cancelled. So it remains "active" only the part with the accumulation of resources and, consequently, the maintenance of overweight regardless of the efforts rendered or, possibly in the absence of these efforts, the increase in the state of overweight.

The side responsible for the desire to lose weight (parasympathetic, including that of the conscious nervous system) wants, perhaps also, to avoid a crisis, which may seem long-term, due to the change of appearance, overuse of the circulatory system and internal organs. On closer inspection, both want to achieve something good. If, by some method, the two sides of the personality are determined to dialogue, some of the stress will disappear, because both will learn to understand the good intentions of the other.

If they manage to accept each other fundamentally, including in the legitimacy of their different desires, the process can continue. This has a purpose by getting out of the state of sympathetic activity ("fight or run") that will free the way to parasympathetic functionality ("love, repair, build" and many other good things)... But about all this a little later, when we detail the techniques and when you will implement them and, by sensing the effects, you will find the above. Thus, by means of a "continuity" technique, possibly in the presence of aid (of a third person "advanced" in the practice of settlement), both can seek a common realistic solution that satisfies all intentions.

So if you haven't gone through the other "introductory" posts, even from the example above it can be realized that healing and development are two aspects that relate to the same process. If you are ill or unhappy, that means that you are clinging to certain difficulties that go beyond your capacity to solve the problems of life acquired so far or, of course, the life you want to integrate into in the future through your current efforts that do not conform to your actual availability. If you want to solve these problems, there is only one safe and effective way: learning. Or learn to learn and then learn. It doesn't matter much.

Walking down this path, at some point you will discover the edges of the chasm in which you fell when you were still small or the edges of the chasm in which you threw yourself through your unreal plans, inconsistent with reality, Now it's "NOW". In fact, the first real perception you'll realize is that the past "was" simply by finding that you can no longer interfere with it. Then the future is born "now" through intervention, action in "now". You can't influence, shape, etc. except in "now." Now you can get out of there and continue your journey safely until the eventual new trap. But now you know the game and maybe you like to play it. "Now" you're doing something to consider the future...

But focusing on new medicine, that means, first of all, talking about the disease. Disease means conflict with its result called separation. Disease means separation while healing means restoring unity. According to the esoteric laws enunciated by Hermes Trismegistos, a great scholar of antiquity, "what is inside is in and out" and "what is up is also down." In conclusion, in every man there is the whole creation. And in creation are found all parts of a man. An indication that these claims are true was found by science, which found that in every cell of the human body, however small, there is information about how man was built as a whole.

The world is a huge hologram (I don't give more details because we've discussed all this at length in previous posts). And if something has been rejected in the outside world, an echo of this separation will appear in the body. The greater the rejection, hatred, disgust or envy (many, many other "lives") can be included here), the greater the resulting effect, the separation from one side of my own self (if we consider that there is only one me, composed of my self, yours and all the other euri – and I do not mean here the food "e"s , hmmm, the problem is literally complicated).

Of course, everything that is rejected is frightened and fights for survival and knowledge. Separations in the body are manifested by various reactions, for example, by clinging and straining. These have the immediate effect of a decrease in blood supply, and therefore also of nutrients. There is also a reduction in the elimination of toxins and poisons. Anyone who no longer wants to go through life may suffer from disturbances in the blood circulation of the lower limbs. Anyone who no longer wishes to bear their burden will suffer from a clunging shoulder muscle (but full details of these reactions will come later in future posts).

In this way, separation favors any form of illness. The premises of any form of complete healing are found in the loving acceptance of the separate elements. The person in question will learn to reconstruct unity and, through the process of consciously giving up separation, will evolve to a higher level of the ability to love. Even "technically" these things are limited to canceling sympathetic operating considerations, such as "fight or run" and allowing the manifestation of parasympathetic operating considerations, such as "loves and builds"...

Perhaps that is why the shamans, the great healers of primitive peoples, were initiated into the ability to love, to merge altogether and to understand it in order to obtain their therapeutic capacities necessary to overcome a serious illness. We have seen how many powerful and loving personalities have evolved after the complete healing of serious diseases, or after overcoming, through a more spiritual than allopathic orientation, major existential crises. Have you had such experiences?!?

The man who has managed to understand these connections can act restorative or preventive. If you are healthy and doing well at this moment with your own life be careful if you are suddenly presented with aspects of the world that you deeply reject, that disgust you, that you simply consider terrible, useless, meaningless or anxious. If this happens, learn to build a unity with them, without losing yourself at the same time, without losing the moment now in favor of the past or the future. If you succeed, you'll be able to successfully bypass more serious "obsessive developmental crises." The fact is, "If you don't do anything now what concrete expectations about yourself can you have? The other components of the environment are constantly in motion"...

But that's enough for today... Weekend full of...

Love, Understanding and Gratitude (Namaste)!!!
