Pages New Dacian's MedicineThe Language of the Subconscious (1)

Translation Draft

As we announced, the time has come to know how they communicate and how we communicate with the subconscious. Obviously, I'll start reminding you of some of the previous posts: our conscious does not have the opportunity to know the subconscious but only to react on its basis. But there is the possibility of influencing the subconscious through coordinated, repetitive actions left from the level of the conscious. Or, in order to achieve this, obviously, we need to know how to communicate with it.

From whatever point of view you look at the problem, the closest way of interaction with the subconscious is represented by dreams and imagination (if you remember I mentioned that the subconscious does not distinguish in real and imaginary). Based on this finding, from this reality, this is why it is necessary to know first and learn to understand the language of fantasy and dreams in order to have the ability to procure new forces in reality.

So every man dreams, both at night and often during the day. Every time you're "thinking somewhere else," and when you "need to think about it" until you know what to do, what you wanted to do, you actually do it, you connect with the subconscious dreaming, practicing connecting with a reality that doesn't exist (it's just thought). Reveries (diurnal dreams), sand castles, dreams that fulfill your desires, the memory of pleasant moments, all these are determined by real perceptions of the subconscious, which make you sink, for the moment in it, in your inner world (regardless of motivation, interpretation, etc.).

But in the vast majority of cases, you're just tied to anchors (which I've done an initiation about in previous posts). Writers, artists and other people with creative activities use their dreamability to develop useful ideas and bring to reality the beauty and true news of their inner world. Through systematic fantasy, based on real specialized knowledge, multiple activities such as deep relaxation, self-healing and creative solving of difficulties can be effectively supported. Many alternative healers working in the field of vital energy, such as shamans, consciously use the force of their dreams to balance their bodily or spiritual-soul disharmonies to balance their or their clients/patients.

The state in which dreams, experiences related to the inner world and fantasy become possible, is designated as a "trans". Trans does not necessarily mean the loss or decrease of consciousness and self-control, the ability to perceive reality and react to it logically, consciously, according to one's own desires. Certain forms of trance greatly broaden awareness, sensory perceptions, the ability to think logically and self-control. We pursue this objective, for example in visual imaging techniques (visual theatre), yoga, zen or other forms of meditation (including the effort we make with our eyes closed to remember the sensory perceptions necessary to compose anchor sheets).

If self-control, awareness and reaction to reality are reduced, this state is referred to as a "hypnotic trance" or, in short, hypnosis (with all its forms, including autohypnosis, self-piloting, etc.). Through consciously used hypnosis, in full and maximum possible knowledge, not to mention the professional variant, any "problems" can be successfully combated (an example of this would be the fight against the pains in front of which the most powerful analgesics have failed). Psychiatric patients and individuals suffering from psychosomatic disorders have often received substantial help through autohypnosis (the simplest form of manifestation of this being the placebo effect) and/ or hypnosis.

However, it is contraindicated to be performed "from the outside" because it can also have nocebo effects because the professional (or the sarlate, or amateur) cannot have all the necessary details (which is why self-hypnosis, practiced by ourselves, knowingly, can give the maximum results). The proof is the contraindication of hypnosis in the case of a psychosis diagnosed by a competent psychiatrist (psychosis is a subject of major controversy in the individual, a major conflict, a refusal of the conscious to collaborate with the subconscious) who has the "ability" to justify his failure on a legal basis (only for this reason and not from another, however cynical it may sound), his knowledge of the subject "to be treated" based only on his experiences and not on those of the subject except in a "beach" Limited.

So through dreams, we can control and stimulate, multilaterally everything (maximum possible health, maximum possible success and, why not, luck). From ancient times dreams had their importance, which is why they perpetuate the "fashion" of the interpretation of dreams. More recently, in the contemporary era, the general interest in these particularly useful possibilities has been reborn, and so many of the findings concerning the therapeutic power of dreams (in their general sense, presented above, and not just something that manifests in sleep and we need to remember and fix afterwards) are rediscovered and scientifically explained. Visual imaging (visual theatre) is basic techniques in almost all new "practices" such as alpha and teta therapies, NLP and SNLP, etc.

But, let's be clear, dreams have a direct connection to the subconscious, to that something in us unknown, hidden. So dreams (in their general sense, and from here on I will no longer make this emphasis) also have their hidden aspects, easily considered unpleasant as long as we do not have the ability to use them as consciously as possible. Many people escape into their fantasy world and get involved in the challenges of reality and the confrontations it requires, perceived as an unbearable burden. And in most cases, escape attempts take place unconsciously, unable to be controlled for this reason unless there is a "knowledge base" in this control.

If something happens that brings these "dreamers" back to their feet on the rough ground of factual reality, they often react easily, through anxiety or aggression, to the one who awakens them (and conflict arises, an anchor actually manifests itself). Therefore, therapists who have to wake up a client who can no longer cope with the daily, his relationships and his tasks, in order to restore his perception and together with it and the rational structuring of the present, often feel this panic and even anger and have probably learned to deal with these resistances on the road leading to the healing of the affected.

As long as people haven't learned to distinguish between dream and reality, between reality and reality in another dimension, they will always react to external events by unconsciously sinking into their inner beings, into their inner films, into their projections, into fantasies related to their desires and "uncontrolled" / uncontrolled memories, devoid of feelings, of the good or bad sense of the memories of the subconscious (and why not, and of their unconscious and/ or of others). They confuse fantasy with reality and are therefore less likely to successfully overcome the daily challenges of life, as do their small or great conflicts with situations and with their fellow human beings. There is only one place and one time when a man has the willingness/ possibility to structure his life according to his own needs, while enjoying luck: NOW. The place is "here" and the moment is "now." All others may create favorable premises for his rational relationship with the present but, unfortunately, this is not the present... I won't go into further details because we've talked enough about this in previous posts.

By knowing the dreams, the language of dreams, and the effect they have on the inner life of the individual, on the subconscious that arises from accepting their issuance, and from accepting their replacement, one can learn to aim for themselves in such a way that the present is worth living. You will learn to perceive your hypnotic states more quickly, to control them and even to produce them, and thereby overcome any problems that may arise. You can also perceive in others when they lose touch with reality and help them restore it.

But remember, external intervention being much stronger than internal intervention is good not to venture into unknown territory (you barely have a chance to know your subconscious) because you can cause damage, therefore conflicts, of the greatest and most significant possible. My advice is to go about your subconscious! Any effort to be the "therapist" of others must be based on solid knowledge, on practice (after 25 years, I still consider that it is not enough and I rarely embark on the adventure of helping others, however "close" they may be to me). It is famous the case of S.N. Lazarev (at the moment only he I remember but I know, with certainty that there are many more) who, at the beginning of his "career" had great personal problems (both health and in "everyday" life) resulting from the complete lack of knowledge of the consequences of the activity to help those who appealed to his knowledge to solve his own problems...

So, to complete this post, with the help of the language of dreams you can make beautiful and useful imaginary journeys. If stories are told correctly, they can have many beneficial effects. And this is a form of rational use of the language of dreams to use the force of the spirit and, associatedly, the subconscious, in structuring one's own life. Rational use, whether in the form of alpha or other techniques, requires effort, requires knowledge. So, I'm going to add to the work and understand everything I present here or other sources of inspiration...

BEST weekend!
