Translation Draft

In yesterday's post we started a kind of discussion that can help us understand the language of the subconscious and thus have some ability to interpret/understand what is "there" in the subconscious. But these "details" can also provide us with elements far more powerful than mere understanding because of our ability to consciously provoke these dreams. Each of us does this when we are in a state of reverie, dream with our eyes open.

This "capacity" extends very easily to uncontrolled dreams both from the point of view of interpretation and from the point of view of its challenge, thus implicitly the conscious challenge of dreams.

Therefore, people can bring a multitude of external processes into the world of their own dreams and thus come into contact with their inner world, with the subconscious. In specialized language they are designated as "trance induction". Let's see what this is all about!

First I will have to differentiate between dream interpretation techniques and trance-inducing techniques. There are many processes that indicate the need to write down every time, when possible, what we dreamed. Then there is a whole structure of analysis, of synthesis of dreams, following different processes, making a kind of determination of what is important and what we have to do after recording these dreams. But from experience, I can tell you that this is not the way, the techniques of interpreting dreams having more of a correspondent related to our consciousness and not to our subconscious.

I mean, we only have a limited ability to understand the subconscious because we don't understand that it accumulates from the conscious, from sensors present in the real world, and we try to interpret it through the inserence of the conscious. So, a futile effort. The subconscious has no desires, goals, etc. being a simple repository of information made by the supply of the two "deterministic" structures: the unconscious (spiritual, let's call it) and the conscious (real). From all that I have presented above it follows that the subconscious is potential, and that's it. The unconscious knows how to use it perfectly but the conscious must learn to do it.

And, all "connecting elements" are directly usable from the simple realization of the anchor sheets and the structures that follow them (presented above and those to be presented). And I'm done with "uncontrollable" dreams!

To understand the above I will give an example from the real world (however it does not matter if you do not understand because it is about your ability to understand which, if you do not have it, you can train and have it, and if you do not train it you will give up reading further, to train).

My daughter will start the Baccalaureate exams tomorrow (she has so far "given" the skills to which she has "taken" the "excellent" rating at all). And, he wants to go on to polytechnics, computer science. From a reality point of view he is a very good student (I do not praise my "crow", but it is). But over time, she has developed some anchors related to performance benchmarks and reporting to future reality, anchors of which, of course, it is very hard to pass, especially if they are based on intense emotional experiences. Let me start to present some of them (I mean the anchors and then their effect)!

First she stops (snows, anchors) at the "competition" that is about to manifest its "rules" and effects. She has "available" only the points accumulated by her, from her, from her, from the life she lived, accumulated her and, of course, from the life lived by others and to which she had access (other baccalaureates consumed, other examinations to "poles" consumed and presented by various methods of information transfer), because she certainly never experienced anything like this (although there were simulations or something quite similar to what follows).

So, the first problems my face encounters are those related to the memory of experiences with a great emotional load that can be assimilated to future events related to the support of the ferry and then the doing. The conscious, in his search, appealing to the subconscious that does not perceive (does not distinguish) the "emotional living" of the moment, the "controlled" connection required at certain external events or the need for an effort to concentrate attention, sends according to the conscious's request, to the latter, memories of different natures, which seem similar and useful to the real event.

This is because if you mentally transpose into the reliving of events with a great emotional load, feelings, states of consciousness or bodily perceptions related to them will also reappear. So, you realize what a jumth of sensations will appear unchecked. And since everything is oriented towards the perception of stimuli that are considered to be "important", our consciousness will receive information about the fear experienced in other exams, when we were smaller and more "mindless", the successes or failures of that time.

OK, so far my daughter would have only experiences that would help her with her exams coming up. The ability exam meant for her "entry" to Bălcescu (an elite college in our locality - Brăila, Romania), to an elite profile (intensive English mathematics-informatics). But, to her disappointment, all that followed was a disaster. Teachers "non-teachers", colleagues as some colleagues from these troubled times destructive psychologically and psychologically (even from her point of view, the one that really matters).

So, for her, the initial exam's success disappeared flooded with emotional charges during her support and subsequently those born by the four-year "disaster" that followed (colleagues who were "preparing" in the fifth grade and continued it, "non-teachers" teachers and many, many others who have given birth to sensory landmarks negative to a normal human development, everything being concentrated around the wallet of the parents, around the subjectivity and unprofessionalism of the teachers, etc. - attention, I do not point out that it would be true what I presented above in terms of reality itself, being important only what my daughter perceived, OK, even me, but, I repeat, are subjective things). And so, over time, college became the escape route from the "madness" experienced during high school/college.

Thus, the baccalaureate, a very easy exam for my daughter has acquired a non-real "weight", the mark to be obtained from it being the bridge to access to the faculty she wants. Attention, going to college, from a real point of view is not a problem. She can become a student anytime and anyway. But even here, colleagues have "defined" a kind of necessity of selection like "I don't want to get to law school because I have a heart and I can't be like the ones who finish law", "I don't want to go to medical school because all the colleagues who go there are arrogant nerds who don't understand anything about what they learn and where they go", "I don't want to go to economic studies because that's where many of my colleagues go who have delineated themselves to be..." What does it matter? Here's how a simple exam (well, a suite of exams) banal (well, for my daughter) become a reason to remember events with a massive emotional load.

And in this case, my efforts were oriented towards consciously reminding her of her perceptions, starting from the five senses (the VAKOG suite). What he heard, saw, tasted, felt directly related to those experiences that cause confusion. The method is quite simple. Thus, in order to eliminate the bombardment of information sent by the subconscious, the best approach is to transpose yourself into a situation that cancels the bombardment.

For example, transposing into a relaxed situation from a past holiday. Thus it is recalled from the subconscious, one by one, all perceptions, adopting a proper body position, relaxing, restful, similar to most of the feelings that are remembered. Then we move on to reminding, in the same way, about a situation related to current fears (exams, possible result of failure, etc., something of similar meaning).

There will be a decrease in negative reactions directly proportional to the previous reminder effort of pleasant "things". Then, before you go to work, learn or take the exam, a new journey will be made to the "world of the pleasant" reminding us of another holiday or anything that can be considered pleasant (the first thrills of love, the thrills of success, etc., each after its history). Modern advertising uses this principle to give "consumers" certain things/goods. And it does it all fully, as evidenced by the ads that flood us every day. Of course, by this method can only be influenced by someone who does not know how to consciously use his sensory perceptions. You now know what it's about, and if you want, you can avoid it.

But, how good it would have been if everything had been so simple. Now comes the turn of what is referred to in the specialized language to be "sensory search". Confusion due to events that cannot be framed in the usual world image (such as unlived, future exams) and the search triggered by them in memory, subconsciously, in order to find appropriate explanatory models, comparative experiences or perceptions, in order to understand, however, something, is a whole other problem.

Thus, for example, I begin to tell my daughter that all the material that will be "given" to the ”Bac” was covered by her during the school effort (and well, taking into account the final results "in teaching"). So, subconsciously, there's everything, and all she has to do is get out of there that's stored. There's no way that what's stored there is lost. The problem is related only to the "extraction" (recall) of information.

But how can you do it?!? Preparations before an exam are represented by the re-examination of the subject taught, whenever possible. Or, this is nothing more than an effort, an exercise in the sense of increasing the ability to extract that information and not to fix it, because, as I was saying, that information is already there, in our subconscious (in memory). Or, the easiest way to remind ourselves is to remember feelings, to remember feelings, to situations that existed at the time we received that information.

For most it's simpler than you think. It will simply be remembered the boredom of the hours when the subject was taught. You will have great surprises finding that simply remembering this feeling will help to render the information more accurately. Attention, if that was the prevailing feeling since then. Any sensory perception of those moments increases the accuracy of playback, extracting it from the new year of information associated with boredom.

So this way is controlled the perception of conscious but also subconscious confusion. In fact, this is also the secret of the nerds who retain information without understanding their logic (in the vast majority of situations). They repeat so much assimilation without feelings associated (or associated only with "superboring") that everything becomes very easy to the need for playback. But that's all...

Now that I'm reminded of boredom, it's good to delineate what's wrong with it. Partial or total decoupling of external perception, due to real events too monotonous, or considered to be uninteresting, unimportant is defined as boredom. Each of us knows the reveries (daydreams) during school hours, which are determined by the lack of enthusiasm of the students for the topic discussed. Almost every one of us knows the teacher's brutal awakening of the dreamer, who, more often than not, is accompanied by an unpleasant question such as "Do you want to be so good to make a summary of what has been discussed in the last five minutes", as well as the awkward silence that follows, because there are no memories of the subject.

All this tells us a lot about the depth of the unconscious trance in which the student was. During such a state, most of the attention is directed to the interior of the individual and not outside it, where the arid forms of the respective study subject are taught. So the "advice" given previously seems not to be real, usable, because the definition of the term boredom implies the exclusion of perceptions from those moments.

But, oddly, it's not like that. First of all, it's about conscious perceptions... Our subconscious perceived everything, absolutely everything. Every "talk" of the teacher, every comment of colleagues, every noise coming from outside, every thought had then. So, in our effort to remember something that was taught then it is obviously necessary to remember the state of boredom, the possible incident in which the teacher "showed us" and any other sensory perception of the moment. For those who will succeed in remembering knowledge or associating it with the new effort to learn the same subject will pay off unexpected positive stakes.

And if we remembered one small detail, then another one, and so on, we allow our conscious mind to rebuild the "lack", to allow us to access the rest of the information (we have discussed this at length in previous posts and never come back). And so we can get back whatever it takes to pass our exams.

But let's not forget the truth! You'll never remember more than you know. For example, in the case of the first exam, the Romanian language exam, it is quite possible that the subject that will fail you has only been partially discussed (for example, at that time, the "teacher" of Romanian may have discussed the policy more and presented the topic summarily). In this case it must be quickly moved to the next step, the one where you repeated the theme yourself at home or in the case of preparations for the exam. It is very important that you control and overcome the frustration that arises in both cases (on the teacher's side or on your side). And, this is because avoiding frustration occurs when you very much want to avoid perceptions of reality, because it was or is far too unpleasant (painful, complicated, etc.).

A more general example of this would be the following... Dreams (fantasies) about the ideal situation make everything true, made up of pieces of imperfect reality that seem unattractive. Who can boast that he had only ideal situations?!? This strategy is often applied by the unconscious, because in the past there have been painful experiences related to the passage through life. To avoid other "soul injuries", other imperfect recordings, not conforming to our desires and ideals, the subconscious (often supported by the unconscious) prefers to choose certain situations inaccessible, for some reason, or situations difficult to approach (including ideal situations). In this way, the probability of building a concrete situation is extremely low, "calming" only the anxiety (fear) related to that situation.

Perhaps the following description is very well known to you: a baby man lives from one day to the next, gets involved in all kinds of problems, situations, adventures and does not give importance to the future, with his exams and trials, not taking seriously the tasks related to the future and is extremely surprised when the consequences of his way of life surprise him, at some point , in an unpleasant way. Most of the time, this is not proof of stupidity, but one of the existence of a trance (conscious, subconscious or unconscious). This baby man lives comfortably in his "castle somewhere" of the inner world and, for some reason, avoids perceptual contact with the reality he feels as bringing discomfort, threatening or other "negative" feelings. That's why he couldn't even react to it and he wasn't able to figure out the consequences of his actions.

And now comes the time for confrontation... What would be the solution?!? Avoiding frustration is solved by... avoiding frustration. The pinnacle! Our subconscious will solve its problems precisely through action of the same meaning. We do not need to learn all the subject, because it is impossible, in the given situation, but simply to learn what can be learned, as it should, because our "road" knows what to do. Those who have to get through the "put before them" test will do it anyway.

The subconscious will find the resources to feed the conscious and get over the test. Whether we understand what's going on or not. It is not for nothing that it is more and more often said that "We remember the future"... Those who will not understand this and will "pedal" on the amplification of frustration will only reach overwork (at which the whole new year of related feelings related to the past and the future participates).

And, behold, we have come to overwork (let's see what is with it)... If one tries to rationally, simultaneously, process more than seven plus/minus two information (individual function), this exceeds the processing and filtration capacity of the brain (so all say, absolutely all, modern research). If, for example, at the same time you want to listen to music and pay attention to what the text of the song would mean in English, drive a car and pay attention to the beacons, talk to the passenger on the right about certain abstract themes, pay attention to its mimicry, think about what you're going to eat tomorrow, what shopping you should do in this regard and mentally worry about the future vacation, you'll get into the trance very quickly, so you'll eliminate some rational perceptions.

Any other information will pass the conscious, its control and its possibilities of reaction, to the subconscious, where it will be valued and stored. The more information units an individual wants to perceive that exceed the "magic limit" of seven plus/minus two, the more often they will enter the trance due to overuse. In order to be able to quietly process the oversupply of sensory impressions, the individual will withdraw his consciousness from the stressful world of the environment to his inner world, comfortable and poor in stimuli.

If it is called properly and if it feels that it is coordinated well and safely, the subconscious will now react to suggestions without being subjected to the conscious. In modern language, this mode of trance induction is designated as "overstimulation" or "flood with stimuli". For example, if in a particular situation your boss is particularly demanding and loads you with far too many tasks that must be performed immediately, urgently and without mistake, it is possible that, if a certain limit of requests is exceeded, you suddenly wake up in the world of daydreams (of reveries). For now, you've just disengaged and fixed your gaze at a fixed point retreating into your inner world.

The principle of extreme sensory flood and the resulting strong suggestiveness, called in the specialized language "suggestiveness", is used for brainwashing in the army, or in dictatorial regimes, in combination with extreme, systematic body overload, with sleep deprivation, in order to reduce the availability of energy. The poor victim is forced to perform so many meaningless tasks consecutively, under extreme psychic pressure, until the control of the conscious collapses due to overuse. After that, it is almost unwilling and extremely easily influenced.

Even in the presence of qualified medical and psychotherapeutic help, people who have gone through such experiences often take several years to recover from the sequelae left by "brainwashing".

Reducing everything to our student, who is about to take exams (leaving aside the example "exaggerated"/ extremist presented above), it is obvious why overuse should be avoided. Let's see what this is all about! First let's determine what the stimuli might be, sensing how many there are: 1. comes the ferry, and comes anyway, 2. how much I know and what I have to do, 3. what I do now, 4. what my colleagues do, 5. what Can I find out about what's next, 6. if I don't "get out" how much I have to do, 7. comes the college, and comes anyway, 8. what choices I have to do, 9. ends a world and starts another... There's already more than seven... 3.1 But, what's out there, 3.2 How bored I am, 3.3 My head hurts, 3.4 How good sounds "Dotan", 3.5 What does my mother want, 3.6, 3.7, etc... Then 4.1 followed by 4.2 and so on...

So there's no way there's a chance of having less than seven. Is this about overwork or not? Those who have caught the secret know that there is nothing you can do and delineate their actions according to a kind of principle of synchronizing all perceptions with what they want to be "predominantly". They create anchors, consciously or not. And, these anchors must be unrelated to anything outside. In exams we won't be able to listen to music, in exams we won't even be able to hum it, but, for example, we'll be able to move rhythmically from the leg.

This "assimilation" can order our subconscious to remind us of everything we did when we listened to music and learned... And the examples could continue, for each individual.

Like the musical rhythms that are constituted in anchors "evoked" above are the words "camouflaged". When someone hears words (or string of words) whose meaning cannot be continued/explained sufficiently by the subject, so there is a free space for interpretations, the subconscious will try to find in his "warehouses" (memory) something that makes it possible to reconstruct what is heard (the fullest understanding of them). Often more possible interpretations will be found and then one must be chosen which is considered satisfactory.

When each of the words heard makes sense, they must be placed in their place within the framework of the phrase (reconstitution effort), the theme and the other situational elements related to the given context, so that the individual can understand how to order and evaluate those stored or those to be performed. For example, if you hear that a trunk is being talked about, it is important to know if it is a cone trunk (geometric figure), a plant (tree trunk, etc.) or another example, because otherwise, the rest of the story is no longer associated with the word.

In general people are highly motivated to find some meaning in the experiences they experience. Without a precise understanding of what is lived, they feel threatened and begin to fear, confused, and begin to have no reactions, and so on.m. In addition, in a given context, an overview becomes possible and, through it, better control over the future development of the situation. All this leads to a control of existence and, in the most general way, to the control of one's own life.

Since the search for meaning is extremely important, unless there is another possibility, it will be carried out by the subconscious with the bypass of the conscious to whom, later, it will be like an "enlightenment", a "Evrika" or as a spontaneous recognition. This tendency to unconsciously interpret words and phrases without precise meaning, as well as the reorientation of attention to the inner world (of recall and thought), is systematically used in imaginary journeys, in literature and by great storytellers, to lead people into the world of their own dreams or, why not, into their real world.

In this case, the profound forms of relaxation can be induced, the forces of self-healing can be activated on a somatic and spiritual/spiritual/soul level, and more easily the experiences of a spiritual nature or awareness and gaining control over processes that were previously unconscious (attributable to the subconscious). Ultimately, a figure of style can be used to relive a story.

Obviously, there are enormous many parameters, solutions and the like. But the strongest asset of all is temptation/temptation. yes, you read that right. A man suffers (from joy or something unpleasant) very significant in certain circumstances of life or very much wants certain things important to him for some reason. He will therefore face the possibility that, in the first case, he will participate or avoid or, in the second case, get what has been in the centre of his attention. However i "suck" these things is about something related to awakening strong feelings related to these situations.

Temporarily, they can require his conscious so much that he is overworked in his processing capacity and therefore, as described above, he goes through a trance of overwork and becomes more easily influenceable. Another reason for such a trance may be that the unconscious motivation to avoid or gain something is so great that, temporarily, all the control and filtering functions of the conscious, which usually work, are decommissioned, so that they cannot intervene and disrupt actions considered by the subconscious (and, why not, and by the unconscious) as being particularly important.

An "extremist" example would be that of experienced people who, in other respects, are highly attireed, fall prey to sects, certain teachings or certain "teachers" or "situations", who promise safe solutions to alleviate suffering or who promise them strength, mental immortality, wealth or simply solving a certain "essential" problem. Remember people like Hitler, Stalin, Goebbels, Saddam Hussein (and the list goes on) to influence and use for their adult purposes who, in other respects, had a mature judgment!

So, in a rather long but totally insufficient post (at least my wishes), I presented many details related to the language of the subconscious, details that constitute true models. So tomorrow we're going to discuss the patterns of the subconscious language... That's enough for today!

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
