Translation Draft

Before start posting today it is necessary to remind you of the "weight differences" of the "parts" of our mind: unconscious, subconscious and conscious. The conscious mind is the smallest weight compared to the other two "levels". He only "contains" our moment of concentration at a certain time. As we state (according to modern research) the conscious mind can "hold" only seven plus/ minus two landmarks (pieces of information, or other formulation) at a time. She is good at analyzing these few milestones and can be quite logical with enough workout and "background" information. And we call that rational.

In contrast, the subconscious is a huge database of information, containing absolutely all our experiences, but also the whole sum of our beliefs, programs and understandings, being the "spring" of emotional responses (of the appearance and manifestation of emotions) in direct relation to our "past" experiences, beliefs and expectations of the future. But both about the participation of the subconscious directly to the conscious. Most of its "activity" is represented by what does not reach the conscious. This "part" keeps our body in working order and thus responds to the outside world (even directly). It regulates the autonomous functioning of the body's functions such as breathing, blood circulation, etc. But this autonomous function is also the part that "transforms" emotions into feelings.

So, to remember, emotions appear in direct relationship with the conscious (in the conscious-subconscious interaction) and the pure subconscious, influenced only by the unconscious (to an unknown extent than vague, more intuitive), creates all phenomena associated with feelings. For example, when we experience emotion identified as fear, the sympathetic reaction releases adrenaline (among other things) into our body causing us to feel all the responses associated with fear, such as muscle tension, an increased heart rate but also our own feelings of "response" to fear, which explains why we refer to our emotions as feelings.

Therefore, emotions result from our experiences and from the "determinisms" and perceptions that we associate with these experiences. Therefore, emotions are pure motivation, representing the psychological pressure to take action that is supported by feelings. So when we suppress feelings, we actually suppress motivation and keep the "pressure" inside us. But we suppress our feelings in directions away from what is boring, embarrassing, etc., usually towards something that pleases us, that gives rise to the perception of sufficiency with what can be found in the past.

But no more generalities! Let's go into some other kind of detail! In terms of the ability to study the subconscious, the clearest, most effective, undisturbed method is hypnosis. With this, thousands and thousands of studies have been carried out which have revealed that the basis of any human manifestation is emotion, feeling.

Then, the next discovery that turns out to be an axiom is that all emotions/feelings are good. The attribution of "bad", "harmful" or the like is nothing more than the misunderstanding of emotions/feelings, placing them in the context of rationally perceived reality (which I have mentioned so many times that it is so rational that it is typical, characteristic, to each of us - more specifically, each individual has his reality) which is the reality of each of us. In the antithesis, emotions/feelings are unique to all mankind, their only possible differentiation being the amplitude of the manifestation.

Control, real and accurate knowledge of emotions and feelings has proven to be particularly beneficial in eliminating fears, fear, generally in controlling the stress that occurs in everyone's life. They are the most correct way of knowing our unconscious and subconscious, the way to eliminate, first of all the conflicts within ourselves by simply understanding what is communicated between each of these "subtle" components of our self (with all its forms of manifestation). So, and only if we consider the simple elimination of conflicts and the possibility of perfect health is still worth learning what is with our emotions and feelings (classical medicine, with reference even to a component of it represented by psychology, has no idea how to describe emotions and feelings, but also control them).

But let's see why they're so important! First of all, because, with their help, the subconscious signals to us what our needs are that are required to be "solved". For this they were created. Then, because they help us identify what motivates us. Life without motivation would have any meaning, any value, excluding that of numerical participation?!? So when we don't pay attention to emotions and feelings, we're just not paying attention to our vital, existential needs. Plus, we don't have any motivation. And stress, illness, depression has a free way to turn us into exactly what we're not or don't want to be.

And here is the place and the time when medicine, including psychology, comes to slam us even further. They come with descriptions, processes, treatments, therapies, drugs that have nothing to do with emotion, with feeling, ba, worse, tend to cancel their manifestation, so also the ability to perceive our immediate and vital needs and implicitly cancel out our motivation and our life will become dependent on drugs/medicines, therapies etc administered canceling any chance of living real. Sadistic or not, this is the truth: doctors strongly believe in the good they do but they do nothing but cancel us out as individuals and forcibly fit us into some standards without taking into account the individuality of each of us, the motivations of each of us. Attention, I'm not saying that medical intervention should be avoided but just corrected (but that's another problem, which is not of interest now).

So, if these insignificant things, emotions, hurt us to the very moment, possibly even death, we'd better see how that's possible.

Each of us faced, at some point, a situation that caused him to have a much greater reaction than was necessary (exaggerated). Suddenly, without a "preliminary announcement" you felt that everything was too much and you "exploded" nervously. Such exaggerations tend to happen when something exposes us to an experience that is characterized by unpleasant feelings such as anger/anger or fear, only the experience we trigger is much greater than would justify for that situation. For example, time passes, and you still have a long way to finish on the project that you will present tomorrow at the job/service.

And it passes, and it passes and you become aware that you risk not finishing. Your child is playing around and nagging you with questions, requests and other things that you barely hear, you barely understand, giving automatic answers that allow you to use time only for your project. There is also fatigue, possibly and headache, vision problems, etc., the child keeps asking, asking, also appeared the wife (or husband, there is no problem with a one-sided consideration on a particular sex) and... comes the explosion (in most cases). High voice or howls, aggressive requests to leave the room or the like (or greatly amplified) will "describe" your reaction far superior in amplitude to your "ordinary".

Whatever the reason, this overreaction will occur (in most cases). How good it would be if it all ended with only high tone and small subsequent regrets (in most cases it "throws" all kinds of words that hurt and leave deep traces for the future or worse)...

It is only after these moments of aggression, possibly just out of the ordinary, that we will realize our "childhood" or try to find justifications for this situation by blaming others, or other "outsourcing" reactions, but in fact we feel embarrassed and confused because we responded in this way. Moreover, we will want to be calmer in such situations but, without a real effort much more complex than the mere decision, most of the time the emotions will erupt and we will be back in a state of total lack of control. Then it won't be long before a particular reputation for inappropriate temper is reached and it will be realized that the problem is getting worse little by little, setting in fear of anything that can happen next.

But, especially in such situations, it's not about anything other than "emotional resonance." What is this (we've discussed it in previous posts but)... If you remember it is about two slides of which, one, is hit to emit its audio frequency and will influence the second that will begin to emit its characteristic sound (without being hit). The closer the diapazons have their own frequency, the stronger and faster the resonance effect will be. This also applies to emotions. What is happening is not a mystery but simply physical, being about similar forms of manifestation of energy (matter).

Our nervous system is "made" of matter (water, minerals, proteins, fats, etc..m etc.). When a person is in a certain emotional state, changes in our psychology can be measured without problems (changes in muscle tension, heart rate and frequency of brain waves, to give an example of the many that can be given). For each such parameter there are "records" at the subconscious level that seek to "find" at the level of memory.

This mode of "registration" and manifestation has been scientifically proven to exist in the other organs, in fact of the whole body (there is muscle memory, liver memory, etc.m etc.). And, all of it, it seems to be all about emotions. And, these emotions are "called" every time the slightest change is found that can be associated with a previous memorization in order to be able to have an answer, to generate a response action.

Therefore, the memory and emotions of the past are activated by current events that resonate with them (a song activates all memories related to it). If we consider that mental levels (referring here, especially to the subconscious) are strongly organized, it is not hard to imagine that emotions also have a well-determined structuring. This brings us to respond quickly to what is happening around us, activating the memory and associated emotions, resonating to them.

For the example above, this is why our subject ("nervous") resonated emotionally and his emotional "substrate" was overwhelmed and it came to exaggeration, to "exit from melons". He resonated with a cumulation of emotions from the outside and, based on memories (memories - perhaps even from his childhood) reacted childishly.

And, just from this example, this is why it is necessary to know everything we can about emotions and thus to have more control... But about that in future posts (even enough for today)!

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
