Translation Draft

Here we come to the last, but not the last feeling of fear. And when I said "but not the last" I wasn't necessarily looking to point out that it's just as important with the other seven but much more than that. Why?!? Let's see, let's see.

If you remember (from previous posts) we have often pointed out that our body has only two states of operation: 1. "fight or run" and 2. "loves and builds." In a slightly more spiritual language, 1. Fear and 2. Love... yes, all things are so simple. Conscious and subconscious (including unconscious), life or death, advance or regression, fear or love... The rest are nuances, details...

But the nuances help us to refine the two chlorine, that's why we accepted in the "details" presented above and the other feelings considered by the specialists to be primary, basic. Boredom is the fear of standing still, "living for nothing" or favoring regression, anger and guilt is the fear of regression due to the lack of fairness of one's own or those around us, sadness and loneliness is the fear of regression born of bad "evolution" or loss of values (human or material) in our lives, mismatch is fear of lack of harmony , resonance with what we live and stress is the fear of ourselves, of our possible errors in everything we do...

But, I repeat, all these nuances, these details, are a slightly clearer indicator of where the fear comes from... So they have their purpose in all my presentations (as well as those of the specialists from where I was inspired and who "approved"). But let's get to work now and continue the "nuance"!

So, fear is the feeling that arises from the need, the need, the desire to be safe, to perceive the possible stability of our life in a sense that avoids regression (a regression perceived by us, our beliefs and objectives) but also stagnation (the term stability may suggest that it is good at least if it stagnates, but it is not so because the "world" is constantly evolving and everything that stagnates will quickly become perished , so there will be a setback). And, as all emotions come from perception, fear also comes from the perception of danger, whether it is real or not (like any primary feeling). Fear is the inner voice that tells us "I feel, I think something bad, something wrong will happen". So it's a feeling always related to the future, compared to all the other feelings that "find" a state, signal it. When our needs are not met (present) and the signals given by other feelings appear, fear (future) occurs.

No one among us likes to feel fear and, above all, no one likes to admit it if it is perceived. This is why there are so many expressions for this feeling like fearful, nervous, worried, uncertain, insecure and many, many others. But as I have said how many times we have had the opportunity, like all primary feelings, fear is good because it brings to our attention what we need to know to take care of ourselves and what we care about, it is important to us, it represents us.

It's that voice that says, "You have to take action! (fight or run)". To understand the importance of this feeling I will leave only from a simple presentation of the effect of fear: when it acts it mobilizes so strongly the energies and the way of functioning of our body that it is so focused on solving what has generated fear that it no longer takes care of itself. yes, you read that right.

When we are afraid, the sympathetic mechanisms of the vegetative nervous system are triggered so that he is prepared for "fight or flight". In those moments no longer "counts" the immune system, tissue repairs, creativity (no more details because there are so many that will give rise to the lack of credibility of what I write, although everything is real, confirmed by any medical or other study). Anything useful drops to operating values below 50%. What grows to the maximum is what you have to fight or run.

But in these conditions we all forget that all we need are reflexes (especially with somatic response), what manifests itself so unconsciously (actually subconsciously) that we no longer need intelligence (whose "parameters" often fall below 10% of capacity). But that's what we've discussed in previous posts, and I'll do it in the next few years.

This is why, for those who live in stable areas and who have basic needs (such as food and shelter) provided, have fears/fears much less manifested and otherwise oriented than those who are in areas with severe danger to life. Here in these stable areas there is much less danger of something unexpected such as an accident, illness or natural disaster. We have emphasized these peculiarities because fear is primarily action-oriented that eliminates the real dangers to our lives and increases the likelihood of survival. Then come the other real or imaginary fears about other landmarks. And when the feeling of fear is "accompanied" by the impossibility of acting quickly and surely appears frustration and then depression.

So I'm not going to discuss "exaggerated" situations. For most of us, the experience of fear is the result of not having our primary emotional needs met (see the beginning of the post), situations where we do not feel totally in balance, in stability, in security. When the feeling of fear is poorly manifested most of us say we are worried. When he gets stronger we can use the same term but most "move" to "scared" to express what we feel. But for "clarification" it will be necessary to remember that fear is the "root" of all experiences of discomfort and/ or emotional pain and our perceptions to be oriented in the right direction. The message of fear, perceived distinctly, is of particular importance to us, it being our greatest motivator, unless we remain stuck in our frustration and the many dependencies that are certainly manifest at the time of frustration.

Similarly, metaphorically speaking, fear is our best teacher. It can teach us, if we accept this, if we understand the real functioning of our whole, that it tells us where the problems come from, specifically, from outside us. Yes, you read well, from outside of us, from outside us. It is a signal that the environment in which we are integrated needs a reaction of our integration, adaptation, response (fight or run, there are no alternatives)... It indicates the need for action. If we act in the sense of ignorance, distraction (with all associated dependencies) and do not move to a satisfactory response, we will continue to experience pain in a kind of eternal cycle of frustration and then depression. So, in a certain way, it all depends on how much fear and pain you want to experience.

And here, as with the other primary feelings, comes the past, the emotional resonance with the "records" of the subconscious. This quickly leads us to conclude that fear is nothing more than a stressful factor of an "internal" nature, which is subconscious. Yes, it is clear that it is the result of the old "programming", the patterns of traumatic experiences that have been "implanted" in the past.

For example, we are all afraid of death but none of us have experienced it, logically, otherwise they would not have read these lines. Then this feeling of fear can only be associated with death, fear of death, based on assessments based on previous records related to other fear, possibly maximized or exaggerated. And, of course, there are also possible cases where the experience of fear of death existed "at some point" (those who have been on the front line in Afghanistan, Iraq or other belligerent areas, those who have experienced clinical death, those who have been through a car accident, or some other type of accident with similar "values", with serious consequences, those who... etc.).

But if you read what they wrote (you will talk to them asking them to describe what they felt) you will find that the fear of death is described differently, often totally differently. But one can find a certain "starting position", the one descriptive by the fact that everything starts from "visceral reactions" quite common. So why does differentiation, customization appear?!? That's where the subconscious baggage of each of us comes in.

And here comes the possibility of reprogramming that I will describe summarily here and you have detailed a lot to the techniques alpha, teta, etc. what I will describe in pretty much future posts. As I have mentioned many times, the first thing we have to do when we draw up anchor sheets, then the "next" version, that of custom anchors, we do nothing but listen to a kind of inner voice.

The continuous comments of this voice that tell us "that" or "the other", "so" or "otherwise"... We all tend to "run" over and over again thoughts of the same kind until we manage to "figure out" that particular something called "conclusive". But every time we do nothing but emphasize the manifestation, the validity of existing "records". I remind you, for the time (?!?), that our subconscious does not distinguish between reality and imagination, in our case thought. But this is also the "secret" of de-programming.

Once we have identified the "conclusions" we will move on to creating suggestions for success that will cancel and replace the previous "records". So, step by step, our files will be refined towards what will be only a sum of real perceptions (the subconscious does not distinguish as long as the ratio "yes"-"no"/ "old"-"new"/ "bad"-"good" is reasonable, tangible to the reality corrected by the imagination). But about all this when the time comes!

So, remember, we need to "identify" our perceptions (thoughts, thought evaluations) and then control them. From the "descriptions" of specialists we are dealing with about 50,000 thoughts daily (also valid in the case of "lazy", "square heads" or other similar assessments). So, out of this torrent, we have nothing to do but recognize them and organize them. Then comes a new "insertion", gratitude. When we "localize" perception, the first thing to do is to thank for it, to be grateful.

Believe me, it really deserves that every kind of "Evrika!!!" is rewarded with thanks, with gratitude. Only after this step will we have the ability, the power, to move on to the possible replacement of the "fears of the past" by positive reprogramming, in fact by the definite and real manifestation of our intention and action to proceed to a response demanded even by the feeling of fear that has signalled to us this need for action...

Don't forget! The "journalization" of these perceptions in organized sheets is of greater importance than you can imagine! Only then can you know with certainty, rated and evaluated what is good, bad, ugly, etc. Only then can you find out what beliefs are embodied in anchors that lie behind your "functioning". Only then will you be able to move to organized, concrete and real action. Otherwise everything will be "taken" by the torrent of 50,000 daily thoughts. Everything will be smothered in the daily smallness... Like dreams... How many of you remember your dreams every day?!?

But to complete this post by presenting some kind of small description of what can be done... Initially, the event/situation, etc. (anchor) that triggered the "negative" feeling should be identified. Then it will identify the "faith" that was born of it (the way of life associated with that feeling). Something like "If "this" hadn't happened I wouldn't have been "like this" or something else!," "If "this" didn't happen I wouldn't have it or do "like this" or something." Then proceed to the next step, the one to identify feelings and ways of life that are distractions (directly born from these beliefs identified in the previous step), that give rise to true dependencies.

Ask yourself constantly the question "What evidence do I have that all this is true?". And only now is it very possible to realize the error of your faith. If not, you will need to act in the sense of creating a new faith, based on rational perceptions, related to your true situation by asking questions or having considerations like: "What will it be like if I do this?", "What will it be like if it does not happen "so" but I will address the situation "this way"?" ... And many, many more... Remember that all these reprogramming efforts are conscious mind efforts! It will take some time for you to succeed because our subconscious has repeatedly "recorded" something before it gives it the value of faith, reflex mode of action, automatically.

It's going to be something like "I threw 12 stones in the cellar and I want to clean up so I can put 12 statues in it" (the figure is randomly chosen – today is the 12th day, and it's, peak, 12 o'clock). Either I proceed to remove the stones one by one (a much greater effort than to throw them there, simply) and I find some statues to take them there (throwing is no longer possible because it would damage the statues), or I will carve the stones one by one and then I will take them there (carefully something bigger because , this time I have worked and, of course, as in the case of "external" statues, the throwing will damage them) and thus I will complete my reprogramming". So here's how much effort is required compared to simple perception?!?

So first it is necessary to identify fear or fear or any other name we use to describe a particular level of intensity such as fearful, worried, scared, nervous, insecure, etc. Then we'll identify the cause of the feeling of what can be bad about us or those we care about. And finally, we will assess the situation in the sense of determining whether that danger actually exists.

Dependent on individual situations, danger can be nothing but fear. To figure this out we can make a kind of assessment on a "value scale" in which the minimum point will be represented by "fear of looking stupid" and the maximum point will be "fear of injury to death" (intermediate points to you can fill in at will, but, frankly, of course – are excluded nonsense like "better die than stay 2 hours without internet" , here we are talking about the real world and not about our unreal, unnecessary dependencies and desires). Based on this value scale of fear, you can immediately see what danger is in your way and whether it is time to take action. Similarly, you can save time to prepare for a possible situation, to accumulate the necessary information and resources (including to call for help).

Then don't forget the phrase "fight or run"! It is often necessary, real, correct, to recognize that it is appropriate to "run away"! So you can avoid problems by "running away", staying away from situations, people etc. who give rise to fear/fear (and not to replace them with addictions such as alcohol or others). yes, there are no-go situations. But this "no exit" status requires only and only action ("no exit" excludes "runaway"). A "strong" example in this case is the end of life, either after 100 years or because of a "final" disease that attracts a "premature end". In these cases, the pinnacle, it only takes and only action. The end after 100 years requires reconciliation, the resolution of the last "debts", so, action. The "premature end" due to a disease is treated as being something else in the new medicine (and you will see, but not now) and is a mismeaning in more than 90% of cases (in over 90% of cases something can be done to remove or cancel the attribute "premature")... So, action again...

Always remember "Are my worries or fears really based?". When you identify the source, the first gesture is that of gratitude, of gratitude. Thus the challenge of life takes on a more realistic aspect. Only then can we move on, to action, preparing, avoiding or doing what can be done better (which I will do – ready for today – tomorrow we move on to frustration, etc.) ...

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
