If you know everything I've posted so far, even the ones I'm going to post, and you're bored, what are you doing here?!? Look inside you and see how frustrated you are! Look inside you and see how unhappy you are, because this is the engine of your search. Your feeling of happiness, no matter how blind you are with addictions, with justifications, if it gives rise to the search that brought you here, is nothing but frustration (I hope not depression)!!!

Frustration is just the maximum confusion that exists in us, in our failure to follow the resolutions required by the signals represented by the primary feelings. It comes directly from the exacerbation, from the un-supportability (implicit "pain" of the unbearable) of maximum boredom (fear of living for nothing), of the anger and guilt that come from the perceptions of injustices that can affect our way, of sadness and loneliness that come from fear of losses that can affect the same path, of the mismatch that comes from the fear that we are not in resonance with our way and the stress that comes from fear of ourselves.

So it's all about our fear of solving our needs, needs and desires. And, fear "to the fullest" becomes frustration, confusion, all-knowing, self-sufficiency or other addictions and justifications... Frustration is just that inner voice that tells us that everything we do and everything we believe doesn't work!!!

I'll briefly recall how frustration and then depression occurs. Frustration arises due to the birth of a vicious circle of non-maintenance of needs, needs, primary desires flagged by primary feelings to which is "added" the maintenance of the elements of deviation/distraction represented by various dependencies. This vicious circle maintains the state of "evil" and amplifies it until it comes to frustration, which is a sense of secondary level, which comes to replace by its intensity the perception of primary "demands". That's because the subconscious signals to us that what we're doing isn't right, it's not working.

"Maintaining" our error of disagreement with the subconscious, with our primary needs, needs and desires, once we "find" ourselves in the status of frustration, against the background of the action of deflection/ distraction of addictions will maintain the vicious circle of "intervention" of depression (feeling of tertiary level) that appears as a kind of intolerable frustration. It is the moment when the subconscious tells us that we need to take a break before trying again to solve the problems flagged by the primary feelings.
Now that we've remembered the frustration, let's get to work for the day!

So frustration is nothing more than a "to work" call, signalling that it really deserves to focus our attention on the primary feeling/feelings that drew her. When we are unable to meet our needs, needs, primary desires through our activities/efforts, frustration intervenes to signal our loss of sense of security and our sense of being effective in the environment in which we are. It's a particular manifestation of fear, which is frustration...

And, there are only two ways to end the frustration. The first is the "approach" of real and correct solutions to meet the needs flagged by the primary feelings that attracted it and the second is the cessation of deviant, erroneous actions practiced until then. To understand what this is all about, I'll get a small example. If you are alone and you keep acting wrong until frustration arises and simply stop acting, after that you will feel only loneliness and not frustration. Maybe that's why a lot of people who give up without realizing it don't perceive frustration. That's because the perceived pain decreases from the intensity and frustration, their gesture becoming a fair one, allowing them to "turn their attention" to the primary feeling that generated the perceptions of evil.

Here, the mere cessation of the actions we do and draws us the state of frustration (through the perception of a decrease in feeling sick) is a clear signal that what we were doing was not right, did not really meet our needs.

So the time has come when we can see frustration as a call to creativity. It's the time when we can reconsider what we did and it wasn't right and move on to other actions... So we will have the "ability" to identify frustration or any other name that describes a particular level of intensity such as irritated, blocked, thwarted, defeated, disappointed, confused etc. and what we did in our mistake of not meeting primary needs. Follow the step where we can identify a satisfactory response.

Obviously, on the basis of the information at our disposal, it is necessary to move to identify the primary feeling that has attracted frustration (remember that you have also identified the wrong actions and/ or dependencies that have led to frustration, where appropriate, by simply ceasing what we were doing and reaching frustration – a simple cessation that removes frustration). But often there is a situation where frustration is so strong that we will have great trouble identifying the underlying primary feeling. In that case, we need to be a little more careful in the investigation we're going to do. Questions such as "What actions cause my frustration?", "What am I trying to achieve?", "What need am I trying to satisfy?". And as soon as you identify the primary need, it's good to focus on accurately identifying what you were doing and not working.

Maybe in reality you weren't doing everything you had to do, you weren't putting in the level of effort that things worked out, the difference. Maybe you weren't persistent enough. Maybe your idea of meeting primary needs was relatively good, but it could have been more effective through small corrections. But it should not be forgotten that frustration is not necessarily a "call" to do more or better of what you were doing but simply a request to do something else. Trying harder what you were doing can only consume your energy and guarantee the failure flagged by frustration. But that's also a good thing because it reinforces the conclusion that what I was doing was wrong.

It would simply be crazy to keep doing what we were doing by noting that it always hurts us, even if we are foolishly waiting for a different outcome. So, as I pointed out earlier, it takes creativity, to find new solutions, different from what we were doing before. So, some kind of first question we have to ask ourselves is "Are my perceptions of the outcome of my actions correct?" Only then come the questions: "What primary need, necessity or desire is not satisfied?". I don't have to point out that working on cards has its importance, do I (see previous posts)?

And, I got depressed, tertiary feeling, "frustration to the max." It's the inner voice that says, "I give up, it hurts too much to keep going." He is born because of our resilience, our stubbornness to move forward in everything we do wrong, regardless of the signals we receive. And the greater our stubbornness, the higher the level of depression, our subconscious attempt to stop is more intense (often reaching the need for medical intervention, although it has no real purpose).

It comes down to the possibility that the person is in danger of real, perhaps even fatal injury, without taking into account the possibility of hurting others (which is why, "social resorts" will bring the person to the doctor, with what follows, medication administration, hospitalization, etc. – which is wrong as long as there is the possibility of solving without the trauma of such "help" , which is nothing but another way of distracting, possibly the birth of new addictions – doctor, medication).

Why is that? Because it is particularly accessible simply to meet the primary needs, those flagged by the primary feelings. Depression is nothing more than a kind of safety valve given to us to stop us from the wrong actions that led us to depression. It is the inner voice that tells us, "Stop what you are doing, from your trials! It's not working! Stop and look for other solutions that can work." You can notice that it is only "Frustration to the max" with the peculiarity that it goes into stopping "thinking" systems.

It's something similar to a machine that keeps accelerating on ice without moving in the desired direction (just consuming energy and deteriorating). In this case, the best thing is to stop accelerating, possibly turning off the engine completely (especially if you need to refuel and/ or let the engine cool down) and move as slowly as possible to control the direction of the machine as best you can (possibly to use ESP, Electronic Stability Control, or ESC, Electronic Stability Program – if they are still the machines). If you look at depression (or frustration to the fullest) in the same way, it is obvious that we will have a different response than in the past.

And the forced rest attracted to depression, can also stop us from practicing our addictions (food, alcohol, tobacco, etc.) as it will certainly allow us to see things from a different perspective (in case we do not resort to psychotropic medication or the like, including sleeping pills... in fact any medication, in this case, is good for doctors and society, except for us). And, the first step is to see, to identify, what we do wrong. It is obvious that depression is compatible with the "hopeless" perception. Because what we're doing is hopeless.

So, here we have discovered a kind of message of particular importance related to depression: It is the demand of our subconscious for hope. Depression means hopeless, it means that the subconscious demand is to hope. Depression is not the problem, it's just a symptom of the problem. The simple communication to a depressed person of this "manifestation of the subconscious" will attract questions like "At the end of the day, what makes me so frustrated?". And the answers will appear immediately.

So obviously, the first thing to do is to identify depression or any other name directly expresses different levels of its intensity, such as "fallen", "stuck", "caught", "hopeless", "debusolated" (Beware of possible confusion with the feeling of sadness). After that, obviously, we will stop trying what we were doing before, which has brought us into this state of depression (of over-frustration). And it's only now that the time comes to identify a satisfactory response... In the case of depression it is very important to understand how we feel, then to give ourselves permission to rest, to recharge.

And when we are ready to try again, let's identify what attracts our frustration (which, as I said before, has two approaches). You can do this... First we can come to the aid of statements/ questions like: "I'm frustrated because I'm trying to ... (this identifies the goal that we fail to achieve)", "I tried to do this because I felt that ... (thus identifies the primary feeling)", "I felt that ... because I have not fulfilled the need, the need, the desire to ... (this identifies the need, the requirement, the desire that generated the emergence of the primary feeling)'. Remember, recovery from depression requires both rest and this new approach.

Again "Warning!" ... The possibility of coming up with new ideas, ways of action may not be so easy. It is quite possible that during this period of "rest-reinvention" your subconscious has created a whole list of needs, needs, desires to fulfill. That is why you need to rest (without the help of medication, be it natural) and allow yourself to stop feeling the guilt, anger, or loneliness that feeds on frustration and culminates in depression. Frustration, like depression, are good parts of our lives.

So rest, kindness and understanding of ourselves are true values that will allow us to find solutions. In this case, you can even ask your family for help in your rest effort. And once you've charged your batteries, you're ready to apply the new ideas, the new paths of your life, those paths that will never follow the previous paths. You're walking the old roads again and you'll feel the frustration right away. Go stubbornly all the way over there and you'll go back to depression.

Get! Here we are finished "treating" the primary feelings and oversizing their signals. The time has come to deal with some details of the subconscious such as emotional resonance, combinations of feelings and "basic" elements of communication with the subconscious (I will try to finish by Wednesday, including, because I will go with my daughter to exams, to college, and I do not know how long I will have available in the next period, about two weeks – thanks for understanding)...

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
