Translation Draft

It is only from this moment that we can take the first step towards learning how to optimally set our goals. So so far we've put together some tools to find out what we really want, if this is good for you if you get it and how to get to it the easiest way. That's because most of us have no idea what this is about in their lives but instead they move at full speed.

From previous posts it can be inferred that I, the author of these posts, totally agree that "The road is the goal". We, as spirits, souls (or as each of us wants to call them) come here to test, to try through knowledge what we already know (well, the job is much broader but, simplified, here we get) and not to learn or the like. Including our journey through this material, conscious life, is a purpose of ours or ours. Each of us chooses, plans everything that comes next until we get that something (or give sit down). And then another planning towards another goal and so on until we leave this material plan (the death of each of us).

In NLP/SNLP techniques, this something, the objective of our choice, is called meta-objective. And, the main problem we have to ask ourselves is: "What is the meta-objective and what do I gain if I get what I want ("touching" the meta-objective?"." The value, the validity of this question you can understand with the following example. Suppose you'd like to have a Ferrari (red, of course). It doesn't matter the motivation, that you want to show the horse of your enemies, that you want to suck up girls, each with his birds or his flock of birds (such thoughts exist in the minds of those passionate about spirituality so motivation is not a "debasement" but it is good to point out that we will discuss the case of people who have financial availability from the power to buy two such machines down).

Obviously, the first question is whether it is worth the effort (especially for those who do not have money and have to think about where they get them both for the purchase of the car and for its maintenance). But let's put aside the "small things" and assume that you already have the money to maintain it (so you have the car). Comes the question of what possibilities, which you never had before, will create this for you? You may think that you will become more attractive/attractive (why not women) and that, finally, through the "shiny hook" you will have the desired partner/ partners, great, perfect etc.

Okay, now imagine you've already found your dream partner. What good would it do you, what possibilities you didn't have before will you have with them? Depending on the circumstances, the gain could be that other people would pay you more attention than before and admire you for your great partner. And if we assume you're always very admired, what gives you this in addition to what you had before? Perhaps through this feedback you will finally feel yourself, and you will get the feeling of personality, individuality.

Assuming this is the result of a so-called "Result Analysis", so the path we've just practiced, you couldn't eliminate the detour to self-representation through Ferrari and your partner and immediately realize that you're a unique, important and worth being loved!?! Wouldn't it be better to eliminate possible future questions about the validity of your gesture, to have a car to feel complete and, why not, to have a partner for it (something like "Without a car I still had this partner?!? We still had these friends?!?" – after all, in our exercise, we had the money or we managed to get them, so, our "circle" what's the point ?!?).

After all, such an "Analysis of the result" is always worth doing when it is intended to address a major project. This is because, in this way, often the objective in the background, still unconscious at the time of analysis, but which is followed behind the superficial one, immediately accessible, consciously, can be achieved much more easily. People who want to go on very long trips, who dream of the big lottery win, or who are fixated on a resounding professional success, making great efforts to achieve it, could get what they really want with much less effort and much faster, with the help of planning. Often this is the only way to evolution. That's because not everyone has a Ferrari... And if it did, it would no longer be something of value but an expensive carriage that takes you around where all they'd get are real, valuable partners. Or, not to be bad, to win the lottery you might wait an eternity...

Therefore, we can move on to the criteria of optimal setting of objectives. You will see that in the files to come, this action is of greater importance than you can imagine. So how does things evolve further, if a "Result Analysis" has shown that achieving the goal benefits you? Masters in the field suggest that for this there is a certain path, basically the same for all the themes that need to be processed in order to set a goal and a realistic and efficient road leading to it.

A. Description of the objective.

It should be expressed in positive notions, so without using denials or comparisons. "I don't want to smoke anymore" becomes for the subconscious "I want to smoke" (so it doesn't work, it doesn't work). Just as inefficient is "I want to be better than..." because you may be wrong about the parameters that brought him there, where you want to go, especially since it does not specify what palpable "quality" is. So think carefully about what you really want, instead of fooling yourself and thinking about what you don't want all the time (when formulating goals through denials, force remains tied to the plan of the problem). Only in this way will energy be able to be oriented towards a new type of behavior.

Even though most of our requirements, needs, needs and desires are born at the subconscious level, it is obvious that the meta-model must be considered, the correct "translation" of the information provided by the subconscious at the conscious level, in the language of the conscious. Beware of the anchor cards made (or the ones you will make) and name exactly who should do what, when and where! Attention, the descriptions must be specific to the senses (that's why I gave you the anchor cards). Describes the objective through concrete points, directly perceptible by the senses.

So don't let me hear you with something like"I want more love!"! That way no one will understand what you really want, not even yourself, until you're refine, until you give clear details. Instead, a much better formulation of your desire can be like: "I wish that tomorrow night, after dinner, my partner would look me in the eye, take my hand and say in a warm voice ... (what do you possibly want "... you mean a lot to me and I'm glad I started spending this evening with you!" or..., crazy/crazy!!!)" (demonstrate concretely to those who must understand or act in this way what you mean by doing so).

The movement towards the ultimate goal will be initiated by you and will be controlled and carried out by you (there is no delegation and no distribution/division/delegation of tasks). If you rely on getting an inheritance from Aunt Tamara, your chances of success are not very high. If instead you rely on yourself and get the money you need, the chance to fulfill your wishes will be much greater.

If what you have set out to do takes time and effort over longer periods of time to achieve the ultimate goal, proceed to phased (partial goals). In NLP/SNLP language this technique is called "knock down". The great journey can never begin without the first step and consists of the next steps, just as great. People easily lose their courage if they are given tasks that are not well divided into partial tasks that can be properly appreciated and manipulated. In this case, the work that will have to be done rises in front of the individual like a hard-to-climb mountain that scares or fatigues quickly by allowing the road to continue only with great weight (or stopping it). Divide the path to your goal into small, accessible, easy-to-achieve steps. To start, plan the first step and define it specifically, sensoryly (related to your main anchors). Do this using the perceptions corresponding to the five sensory domains, through which you will be able to notice that you are on the road leading to the goal and with which you will be able to notice that you are moving forward.

B. What makes you notice that you've achieved your goal?

Define what you need to see, hear, feel, body, taste and smell to know you've achieved your goal. If you don't know when you got there, you might continue your race until you fall, exhausted. A lot of people, who once set out to get rich, the same thing happened to them. They forgot to specify how rich it means for them to be rich enough. That's why they keep running like a hamster cog, until they can no longer without one chance to accept their success and start something new and enjoyable, using their new possibilities. Perhaps only if, for example, they somehow elevate existing NLP/ SNLP techniques or the like (including from this blog and what will follow).

C. "Green" verification.

What effect does achieving your goals have on your life, your job, your family, your health, your friends, hobbies and important goals in your life? Do you really want these results? You may have chosen an extraordinary goal, but the moment you reached it, your family left you, because for years, she almost never had a chance to see you. Your health is ruined and you don't know what to do with the great success you've achieved. Therefore, it is very important to investigate, realistically, with great care and with great care the effects that your plan will have on your life.

D. What obstacles are likely to get in your way and what can you do, preemptively, to bypass them or to be able to easily remove them?

What do you need? How can you get that thing and how can you secure it so that it's available to you when you need it? Obtaining that means and related expenses are 'green' compatible (within the meaning of point C).

E. What has prevented you from achieving your goal so far?
Determine exactly what paths have tried, without success, by the way, to use until now, so as not to return, after a dreamy planning, "incidentally" on the street of the already known failure and shocked to wake up in a dead end of your life.

F. Projection in the future.
From the point of view of NLP/ SNLP techniques, this projection in the future is called "Future Pace" (imaginary experience of a certain future situation in order to examine and assess an action to change the current situation, in order to make it more readily available in order to adopt a new attitude). So project yourself with all your senses into a future where you've already achieved your goal. Use the opportunity to experience a state of reverie imbued with the most pleasant effects of this success. The extremely pleasant mood you will have is already a small prelude to what you will soon feel.

This short journey through time will over-motivate you emotionally in order to achieve your goal. And positive feelings about this intention will give you the strength you need to move forward. In addition, they are a final check. In reviewing what will happen in the future, you may also see some results of your strategy that you do not want, and you can change your planning properly and in a timely manner.

Note: In the techniques that interest "New Medicine" this last process is called "visual theatre" and has a specific way of "use" that will be presented when the time comes.

If you have carefully processed these points (A - F), nothing should stop you on your way to success. If anything else comes up, use the following method (which I will present in the next post) which, more often than not, has yielded excellent results.
