We're moving on with yesterday's post. We've reached...

Filter 7 – Changing subjective perceptual perspectives.

Question: "What would individuals, who live differently than you, do to overcome the problems you have if they were you?"

Example: You have a problem with your partner and you don't know what you can do to solve it. What if you once transposed into someone else and looked at it from their perspective? You'll get so many interesting suggestions, you won't know which one to try first. Some suggestions/proposals of people would be: Mahatma Ghandi, an Eskimo or a local from the Pacific Islands, Jesus Christ, Albert Einstein, a Nepalese peasant or Sigmund Freud. Of course, you'll get the more useful experiences from this exercise, the more information you have about these people.

Be smart to be able to extract as much of the worldview as they have had and not have to limit yourself to your own prejudices (beliefs). Use the conclusions you've drawn in this way and don't reject them right away because they seem strange to you and you think you don't understand them. To put it into practice, use what you learned earlier (in previous posts) about everything that can help you generate new behavior.

Keep in mind: Learn from others instead of wanting to discover the wheel again.

Filter 8 – Research of causes.

Question: What would be the cause of the fact that I still have problems?

Example: At a certain age, someone begins to have headaches, which are becoming more frequent and more intense. Because the phenomenon frequently manifests itself in his family, he believes that everything is inherited, that nothing can be done and, leaving himself to the will of destiny, swallows more and more painkillers. One day, he sees on television a show about health problems, in which a teacher with an imposing appearance states that headaches can also be caused by the movement of the spine in the cervical area. Our patient with headache never looked at his symptomatic from this point of view. Soon he will be face to face with a therapist who specializes in such sufferingand who will soon learn that in this case he is dealing with a problem caused by the displacement of the spine. After a week, the pain disappeared without coming back.

Keep in mind: To stay open to certain better and more creative solutions, never be sure that you really know the cause that led to the emergence and evolution of a problem.

Filter 9 – Searching with magnifying glass.

Question: What problems do you really have?

Example: Your car does not start. You have two possibilities: A. you can get angry that your car has given its soul at that very moment or b. you find out for yourself, or with specialized help, why it does not start, and immediately or later you repair it. It seems banal. Many people would be much happier in the relationships they have if they applied this principle so simply to them.
Note: The better you know why something doesn't work, the better your chances of getting that thing back in order, that situation, increases.

Filter 10 – To hold the overview.

Question: What is the overall balance of your life's happiness compared to a certain part that is currently unsatisfactory?

Example: As a hobby, you practice bodybuilding, and that's with quite a lot of enthusiasm. You think your muscles need to grow all the time. Although you train hard, at some point you've stopped at a certain level of performance. Simply, when you're lying on your back, you can't lift more than 150 kilos. This seriously affects your mood and you are often gloomy. At the same time, you have an excellent relationship with a partner you fit in very well with, you are successful at work without overdoing it and you enjoy an iron health. If you decide to draw the line and take a general look, assessing your life from a broader perspective, your bad mood will soon disappear and the sun will shine again, because you've been able to realize how well you're actually doing.

Note: Raise your head more often from the mountains of little everyday troubles and don't let them swallow you so that you won't be able to see the things that are going well in your life.

Filter 11 – Counterexample.

Question: "Have you ever been in such a situation before and felt completely different then?"

Example: Today everything goes wrong: you missed the bus, you didn't find anything in the speed of your departure or you left something at home. Under conditions like this, you can only feel miserable? Or?!? What was it like when you were in love and the same thing happened to you? That's when you waited for the next bus or even walked out in the rain, happy with the meeting you were about to have. Or you forgot to do or take something important from home to meet someone you love and you easily got over the event. Yes, then you had the impression that life was incredibly beautiful and these details had no effect.

Note: Any situation in life can cause different feelings, depending on the perspective from which we look at things. Do the right thing so that the perspective from which you look will bring you satisfaction.

Filter 12 – Good qualities/ capabilities.

Question: What good qualities/capabilities have appeared to you, due to the confrontation with this problem?

Example: In order not to be forced to climb so many steps in the store, you use the elevator with other people. It gets stuck between floors. After that, every few minutes, it slips down creaking and wobbling. Little by little, all passengers panic. On the contrary, although you are afraid, you remain calm and reassure others so that they do not panic. When, after a few hours, you were finally released from the elevator cage, the elevator room thanks you and congratulates you on your ability to communicate so well with people in crisis. Now you could be glad you discovered such an important quality or you could think that everything was normal, forgetting what happened to you. In the last case, you would have thrown away, unfortunately, an extremely useful talent, as an opportunity to feel your power.

Note: In the price situation, don't lose sight of the qualities you have and consciously cultivate them to enrich your life.

Filter 13 – Time dependence.

Question: A particular problem occurs only from time to time, depending on the circumstances?

Example: If you are on vacation in a country whose language you do not have enough control, communication with the locals is a problem. But as soon as you returned to your homeland, wonder, the problem disappeared as if by magic. This can happen in the most normal daily life in many other situations. The important thing is to wait for the moment to be home.

Note: Many problems are solved, over time, by themselves.

Filter 14 – Dependence on a particular place.

Question: Is there a specific problem that only occurs in a specific place?

Example: Since you moved your bed under the window, you wake up in the morning stuck, you get cold more often, you're depressed for no reason. It is possible that the disturbance of your general condition originated in an area of negative radiation, and if you put your bed where it was before you moved it under the window and where you always slept excellently, you will immediately start to feel much better. Many people have already profited enormously from such a way of seeing things.

Note: If you're not comfortable in a place called a place, go somewhere else!

Filter 15 – Dependence on someone else/ a specific person.

Question: Is your problem in some way related to any person/being?

Example: You get along well with almost every person (with everyone), but every time you go to a certain restaurant on your street, you immediately argue with a certain waiter. Little by little, this makes you lose your appetite. Maybe it's time to find another place to eat. The example can be much broader if we consider the people who motivate you, who give you wings in everything you do.

Note: In this big world there are so many people, you can quietly afford to bypass those you don't get along with and use your time maintaining relationships with people you like, who are useful to you.

Filter 16 – Transpersonal learning.

Question: Is there a problem that is related to a fundamental life lesson?

Example: Lately things happen frequently that scare you. Once a heavy truck passes very close to you, then you read in a newspaper that there will soon be a great climate catastrophe. At night you have nightmares. The other day the boss told you that there is an unfavorable market situation and you are afraid that by doing so/ because of this, you could lose your job. Of course you can handle each problem individually, on the premise that there is no connection between each of them. However, many people have done very well considering that these difficulties, which are apparently not causally related, are nevertheless indirectly related to a personal learning theme that goes beyond them (transpersonal learning). If you find yourself in this situation, it would be much better to face anxieties, to understand the life lesson you have to learn, so that you can find your inner strength and peace. That's why you won't lose your balance so quickly because of outside events.

Note: If you understand the themes that are beyond you, you can process several problems that seem not to be related to each other, processing the underlying thematic task.

And the "examples" of filters could continue quite a long time (at least I stop here).

There remains to be debated the part with what can be called connection with the subconscious. The anchor lists, with all their developments that I've gone through, invariably come to some kind of connection with the divine. There is no need to give up if you are declared secular or by faith! After all, even laicism is a belief that there is nothing but senses, anchors, or perhaps neither. The fact is that there must be questions about what we own, a continuous assessment of our perceptions. People who vibrate when they hear these questions start looking. If they don't give up, they'll develop a deeper understanding of the world over time. They will have already travelled an important part of their path to the light.

As soon as you have internalized the esoteric perspective on the world, you leave the plan of meaninglessness and begin to perceive, more and more, the superior structure that, if accepted, can lead them to unity. The deeper you deepen it, the safer you become, and the more you'll be worn, because you let yourself be worn.

However, it is not so simple to understand the profound esoteric significance of the events in your life. But this can be learned. In zen, daoism, Sufism, and many other spiritual traditions, masters help their disciples to move forward on the road to enlightenment, thus questioning solid beliefs about how the world works, how people are, and who the disciple himself is. They demand a permanent change in perceptual modes.

When the disciple believes that what he says corresponds to the master's requirements, that he has adopted the right position, the right, appropriate attitude, and that he has a just opinion, the master does not accept his point of view again. A man's natural reaction to something like this is confusion and insecurity. On this ever-moving ground, the disciple is taken away from all the seemingly objective beliefs and principles in which he believed and gave him safety. Anxiety and anger appear in consciousness that must be understood and accepted.

The purpose of this game is not to make the apprentice once accept the only truth that exists, but to get him used to the real life again, through the perpetual change of perspective from which he must be viewed. He must find your subjective safety in the flow of life, of eternal change, and not in a standing water, frozen in its false motion, water that, because it no longer flows, will soon begin to rot. The moment a man perceives in some way that in every situation in life there is nothing solid, eternal and objective, he will pull his head over the clouds and understand the true structure of creation, through an event that will illuminate him, without ever being able to translate this into words. In this respect, in no text is the most appropriate thing, it is not the only truth. But if between the lines you manage to feel the atmosphere emanating from him, it can be a support to move forward a little further.

The wonderful instrument of coming back to life (to what is alive) is represented by reinterpretation. It gives you the opportunity to adopt, each time, new valuing views towards any situation in life. This exercise will make you more flexible, more elastic and thereby more adaptable. Use reinterpretation in case of smaller or larger difficulties, of any kind, or simply as entertainment, to stay in shape.

But that's enough for today! We'll see what comes into my head tomorrow... I'd have a few more things about "pacing" or, how to build bridges between hearts, with those around you, those able to confirm your proper walk through the world...

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
