We've reached the "connection" between the subconscious and the conscious at the level of anchor sheets! So how can we consciously use the anchors?!? I have seen that everything that seems "incidental" in a man's life and takes place unconsciously, can often be used consciously, in order to improve the quality of life, when the mechanisms of life are well known. In case of conscious use of the anchoring technique, we must follow the following steps:

Step 1: Select a past experience that contains the mood you want, an experience, or a related association. If you have not had such an experience, it can also be structured in appropriate parts belonging to other events or in building elements (for example, a green sun or blue flowers, if such a thing improves your mood).

Step 2: Enter this experience as a direct participant, using information from all five sensory channels (VAKOG). They must be relived and if this possibility exists, the mood determined by conscious modification (addition, omission, hardening, diminution, modification) must be intensified as far as possible through sensory experiences. In the mental sphere everything is possible and if you transpose yourself again into a situation where you have been praised, but where no one has patted you on the shoulder, in which you have not received any crown of hair, etc., you can recover everything through this technique, if it gives you more of the mood you want.

This penetration into the world you want, in the inner world, through memories from the fields of the five sensory spheres is designated in the specialized language as "VAKOG trance". Experiences, knowledge, associations, principles of faith and sensations that have a strengthening, harmonizing or otherwise positive influence on an individual are designated as resources. So, all of a sudden, our anchor sheets have also become resource sheets (referring only to the positive elements we recorded in them). Anchoring is therefore a conscious calling and provision of internal resources, which is intended to participate in the use and structuring of internal resources.

Step 3: If a lived experience has caused the unmistakable and strong appearance of the desired mood, another sensory excitation is added, as unique as possible, unique or at least unusual in any of the five sensory domains. Through the simultaneous experiences, at that time, the additional arousal is added to the pattern of other events/ feelings/ associations. In the future, through this trigger, the entire experience, including the feelings that accompany it, can be quickly and voluntarily relived. The sensory excitator to be used as an anchor must be tested at least once before the entire action to determine whether it is somehow related to a negative state or an anchorage state with opposite effects. If so, another trigger must be sought.

Step 4: Mental anticipation of future situations (called in the NLP/SNLP language as "Future Pace"), in which anchors built during steps 1 to 3 are used and in which the effect of acquiring these new abilities is lived in the imaginary. Within this one, a certain gesture should be introduced, for example the unconscious touch of the nose (worship – the sign of the cross, and the like), so that even in the case of burdensome external conditions, the anchor can be consciously updated.

An important practical role may also have a small note relating to the written anchor, for example, on a file with the documents prepared for a meeting, a conference, etc., in a place easily visible to the person involved. And in the case of this vision of the future, the experience associated with the five senses is extremely important. The subconscious understands the language of the lived and thus the feelings are attracted. The anticipated experience of the fantastic effects of the new ways creates a higher motivation that can be used in future conscious or unconscious reality.

Step 5: To have more choice in the future, meaning not only the ability to use the anchors' capabilities but also a new attitude instead of the old one. This is because, because of the diversity and unpredictability of life, the old attitude can also be extremely useful in certain situations where the talents mobilized by the new anchor would not only be useful, but even harmful to the individual. Basically, this increased flexibility can be practiced by experiencing in the future, through the five senses, at least three different types in which it is not good to use the new possibilities (separator, state of the full of resources and state of blockage, which we will discuss below). If further exceptions arise later, the process described in this step may simply be resumed.

Now let's see what's with the separator (how we can interrupt a behavior), the state of the resourceful (the state in which we feel we can do whatever we propose) and the state of blockage (the state in which we feel we are not capable of anything)! For the anchor construction process to work in practice smoothly, it is important to be able to put "to work" another useful technique, the separator. This means being able to enter at will/command in a state appropriate to overcome life's problems (also called the state of full of resources) and to recognize the so-called state of blockage in order to avoid a state of mind in which any constructive attitude is extremely difficult to achieve.

To begin with, we learn to use the separator, designated as any action that completes an experience, so that the individual can devote himself entirely to a new one, without being partially bound by thought or feelings to the previous event. Only in this way can solid and unequivocal anchors be built. The separators are extremely fit to get children out of a whiny mood so that you can fully focus on your free time after a tiring day's work, or to switch, at work, various tasks, without getting stuck, because you haven't been able to let yourself out of what you've done before.

Here are some examples of separators from everyday life: shower after work or after sports; turning the attention of a crying child to a favorite toy to make it happy (beware, do not offer sweets, chocolate or food/juices because you will develop dependence on food); the sound of the alarm clock that wakes you from sleep; shutting down a computer program; rhythmic songs (a specific song); use of terms like compliment, confirmation, contentment, gratitude etc. customized for each individual situation; research of a room; grabbing objects; adopting an attitude; change of place; changing vocabulary, vocal tone and speech rhythm; clapping (clapping); repeated straining of the muscles; relaxation trance; focusing attention on the present; change in facial expression or body attitude.

From the examples given it can be seen that, in principle, the separator is any action that is intended to cause an individual to be able to focus his attention on something other than the one that has concerned him up to that point. Within this framework, the separator can either already determine the new state of mind or lead to a neutral one, which can serve as a basis for initiating a different state, such as relaxation or a change in subsequent attitude. In principle, such changes in mood can be easily achieved after a relatively short practice/rehearsal. To better understand, do the following experiment: by disregarding the sensory perceptions of the five senses, translate yourself into a pleasant situation on your last vacation, and when you've managed to do it fully, try to realize how you feel.

It is extremely interesting to practice anchoring techniques with another person. If the other directions you verbally, you can get to the necessary states more easily and if you determine its entry into this small trance, you will have the opportunity to observe how they change their facial expression, body attitude and language. But, at least from your own experience, I recommend that you use this advantage by printing your voice on a medium and thus, by playing the recording, to self-pilot (no one knows you better, many of the ones you will use as anchors is not good to be known and the effect is the same as that of piloting by another person , i.e. much larger than if you do the conscious "ritual", trying to follow a logical course in what you do).

These "echoes" of the inner states, perceptible on the outside, are divided into (I present them to become aware of your reaction and thus recognize your state):

If someone reacts openly, relaxed, cheerful, brisk, determined, curious, creative or finds himself in another state that he wanted, which helps him to better face the challenges of life, it is the sign for the installation of the state of resourceful. This resource-filled state is particularly suitable for growth, learning and problem solving (finding solutions, energy, etc.). These states can also be found and recognized by special methods. If you have noticed your partner closely during the three mini trances described above, it is sure that you have noticed the characteristic signs of the three different inner states. If you have memorized them, you can also determine without further verbal information when they move from one state to another.

That's because, each time, there will be the distinctive outer signs, characteristic of each state of mind. Trying! If you've practiced enough, it'll be like some kind of telepathy, although it has nothing to do with it. I first described the assisted process so that you can get a picture of what's going on and realize that self-driving is even stronger because you know exactly what you're feeling and there's no need for identification, exercise and the like. The only thing you have to do is to redo the self-piloting recording over time to ensure that it is consistent with your evolution.

If one is down, without courage, hopeless, despondent, panicked, depressed, if a child is stubborn, an adult rigid in conceptions or something like that, if his lust for life, his inner strength and flexibility are shackled in negative moods, one can talk about the state of blockage. This state is much harder to change than the other, more vivid moods. As long as an individual has failed to get out of it, he will not have access to his or her resources, will not want to act and will not be creative, hopeful or happy. So, first of all, you have to get out of the state of gridlock, if it exists.

Examples of ways out of the deadlock state are: an honest pacing, accomplished conscientiously; after that, if the ratio is established, the slow, directed exit from this state of mind; a surprising action that causes a deep uphead (reframing separator) and that can serve to reorient feelings in a constructive direction; another powerful stimulus to bring the individual "among the living"; jokes or stories that give rise to a strong desire for action; tempting offers for the person concerned to finally set him in motion; Etc. The one in the state of blockage often keeps his eyes out, especially to the left (from his point of view).

An eye position down to the left (according to statistical research), indicating a kind of inner dialogue, which blocks any action, whatever its nature. In this state thoughts revolve in circles, without a particular meaning. Another eye orientation, to the upper right (images built) or to the upper left (recalled images), makes it easier to dissolve the state of blockage. From a linguistic point of view, you stay in the present all the time, even when you refer to things from the past (the subconscious does not distinguish "time" but only "records"). To fix the anchor look for an adequate area of the body, for example, the upper part of the arm. Test whether this area is already linked to a strong emotional state. If so, choose a more appropriate one. Let your hand gently touch that place and accept if you want to have an anchor there (in the case of "assisted" ask the person if they agree to an anchor positioned there and what you will do about it). The better you feel (for "assisted" the more positive your facial expression and body attitude become) during the exercise, the more pressure should be increased progressively but slowly. When the maximum positive experience limit is reached, press harder.

However, this touch must never become unpleasant. (in the case of "assisted" do a few samples first!). Before returning to reality, let go gently. It is only at this end, when we have to "wake up", that we can speak faster, using a more acute tonality, with fewer breaks, etc. Repeat the pattern accurately. Always initiate this slow change (especially in the case of "assistance"). I come back with the advice to record the exercise on a media with audio playback (it also works in the case of "assistance" as help for control and improvement). We're done with the "general" instructions, here's what we have to say:

Sit or sleep comfortably (if necessary this method also works on your feet but the relaxation state appears harder later and is harder to maintain during exercise – except in "workout" situations). (in case of "assistance" pay attention to changing the expression of the face, body position, to the tension of the muscles – if all is positive, strengthens the anchoring pressure a little). ... And your feelings... I'm sure... very strong ... ... in this situation, ... when you realize again, ... what a special body position ... is related to this (in the case of "assistance" pay attention to a possible change in body position – it could signify an already existing anchor; if something like this happens it memorizes the position and, at "assistance", show it to the partner after the session to be used later, consciously, to reach a certain emotional state) ... When you want to touch her... take again ... this position ... (in the case of 'assistance', a certain time should be left if a special body position is adopted and, if so, the anchorage pressure slightly increased). In this experience ... there may be ... a very nice time for you, ... looking for it ... and because in the world of your imagination... everything is possible, ... expand it ... and so you will be able to enjoy a much longer period ... And if you want to add anything else to him, ... to make it even more beautiful ... feel free... do so (in the case of "assistance" be careful if the facial expression or body position evolves in the desired direction; if so, increase the anchoring pressure once more and stick to it until you want to bring back your partner; the anchoring pressure must stop before you "return"/ bring back your "assisted" so that the anchored state remains unequivocal; it will begin to return to the path leading to reality; beware of converting the language model we discussed earlier – sharper tone, no breaks, etc.). Now come off slowly... from this experience and return to reality ... Perceive the areas of your body that touch the support you're sitting on. Watch out for the noises around you. Now breathe a few times deep... and open your eyes. ... This is the reality! Gently flex, for a moment, all your muscles! Touch something! Look around!

No more exercise! Now, a different body position has to be chosen and the place has changed, because it's quite possible that it has become an anchor, too. For testing, update the anchor with an identical touch and aim to change the mood (in the case of "assistance" this must be asked "assisted"). If there's an extremely positive emotional state, like the one in the anchoring experience, you've succeeded. Don't mind or give up if he doesn't show up! Repeating the process will confirm the opposite. Or, pay more attention to the linguistic model and really anchor only when, during the trance, a positive mood has been installed.

After this separator, you can come back (drive it again) in trance to achieve future peace. Drive everything back to reality (separating activity). Then again, in a final trance, in which to relive at least three situations in which the behavior made available by the anchor is used instead of the usual behavior. Then again, back to reality. There will be a record (discussion in the case of "assisted") of the experience and the notes will be extremely useful for the upcoming meeting.

All right, I've presented you with an "introductory example" on a highly beloved anchor: the state of excellence. This "optimal state" that makes you feel strong, confident, balanced inside, is useful in many situations in life. Follow the exercise and live it fully! After going through this experience, many don't even want to get out of it.

I come back with the advice that it is much more accessible to perform without assistance in the sense of being assisted. If you want to call someone, get to work! In the case of "no assistance" we discuss autohypnosis/ self-piloting. In this case, trance induction must be recorded on an audio playback medium so that you can experience the sensations peacefully. Of course, the body touch that anchors you have to do it yourself. Indicated, by several specialists, is the clasping of the thumbs with the index finger and middle of the right hand (left-handed, obviously left) like the gesture used to worship the sign of the holy cross.

For other or secular faiths, of course this gesture can be changed at will (it is not about religion but about the future habit that will use anchoring and remembrance induced by the use of the gesture – yes, you read well, after a certain period of practice you will activate the state of excellence, or what other state you have anchored thus, by simply adopting that gesture , or to what you have chosen).
