Translation Draft

The time has come to make the last post in the "language of the conscious" cycle. I have a few more "tips" on anchors, on the possible optimal performance of our anchor sheets – and thus moving on to a kind of recapitulation and a kind of recapitulation of what we have to do with what we know so far.

We'll discuss small details about stacking, chaining and merging anchors first, then I'll give you little details and... ready (with the language of the conscious – I still have work for 4 – 5 years until I complete the madness that I started here, the first treatise of "new medicine" ever realized – doctors today do not have much time for this).

In our effort to detect anchors, then to link people, then to connect the primary feelings related to all our discoveries, to detect "hidden" messages and then to proceed to identify what we really want from these sheets we invariably get to detect anchors that seem of the same "type" due to their trigger. So, logically, one can conclude that we can have some kind of method of expanding the method of anchoring pleasant and useful inner states (about the others we still have much to discuss).

Therefore, it is extremely simple: through an anchoring stimulus, in a succession of exercises (such as the one presented in yesterday's post), we are laws between them other positive inner states, which are not mutually exclusive and whose occurrence you can then determine by means of a common trigger. Thus, for example, you repeatedly touch the same body area during different trances, where positive experiences appear that you wanted to anchor. This will attract a situation where you have more extensive and flexible resources at your disposal.

Let me present a practical example of this. , the state of fatigue, the need to give maximum yields when doing sports and other stuff related to the optimal functionality of the body.

Thus, I have a ritual in which I catch with my three fingers the root of the nose (with the manifestation of a called pressure concreted in a kind of massage in which the index finger massages somewhere one centimeter above the root, on the forehead – many of us have this instinctive gesture) when I need to quickly enter the alpha stage, with the possible touch of the teta stage. This anchor combines the requirements of relaxation, understanding, intellectual effort, creative effort etc. that will give me the necessary state of excellence based on the anchors stacked in this way. Then I have a stack of anchors on the gesture of placing the right palm on the sternum, next to the heart when I need emotional resonance and the ability to send it to those around me, when I access the prayers, be they Christian and I need resonance with myself as a whole, etc. These are details that we will discuss later in their time.

Then it would be worth remembering the technique of chaining anchors with which the consequences of reactions can change. For example, if you don't want to get a bad mood or even get into a jam at a glance at your workplace, you need to do the following:

Step 1: Look for a situation you'd like to learn to react to differently. For example, you walk into the office, you see the writing table, and you already feel overworked. It is very important to identify exactly the situation that triggers the negative state and then anchor it, exactly this one, in step 4 (which "comes" below) through a VAKOG trance (it is impossible not to have 10 minutes of daily break to justify that you cannot do this). Be careful, if an anchor is not fixed exactly in the desired mood, it will not be able to determine it accurately afterwards and you will be forced to do correctly what needs to be done until you succeed.

Step 2: Create a more pleasant alternative to the reaction you've become accustomed to. Find for this new attitude a past experience (best choice) or build it (secondary choice unless you are extremely well trained). A satisfactory alternative to the reaction you've had so far to the sight of the writing table could be to automatically enter a state of excellence. Use a separator (any action that completes an action so that the individual can dedicate himself to a new one – for example, listening to a song, the gesture of turning off the monitor, placing the writing tool in a certain position, etc.)!

Step 3: Anchor a state of excellence and, if you wish, strengthen it with the technique of stacking anchors. In this case, a good anchoring place would be the phalanx of a finger. Use a separator.

Step 4: Transpose with all your senses into the situation that determines the desired reaction. Anchor it, for example, on the phalanx of a finger that is near the finger on which the state of excellence is anchored. Use a separator.

Step 5: Trigger the frustrating anchor. The moment you feel with certainty that you are entering the unpleasant mood, it ends the triggering of this anchor and triggers the state of excellence, until this new state of mind fully installs. Use a separator.

Step 6: Proceed as with step 5, only it now increases the speed between the triggers of the two anchors. Repeat this journey faster and faster until the trigger of the frustrating anchor automatically causes the appearance of the state of excellence. Don't forget to use the separator between the two sequences.

It's good that, at first, until you're sure you're very good at the technique, you don't use too burdensome situations for exercise. If it's extremely sensitive things it's good to work on the details that "build" that state (slicing, action in steps). If you get tired it decreases your efficiency so resume everything when you feel able (where possible seek the help of a connoisseur).

And after these steps, we can talk about the technique of merging anchors. This exercise is suitable for broadening the scope of action. Let's say you're used to being aggressive in professional confrontations with others. Often, this might prove useful, but is it always necessary and rational? It is unlikely that by doing so, you will also make friends, except that they will be masochistic. On the other hand, even the eternal tolerance and diplomacy that can succeed in your private life, in your family and towards your partner is not exactly appropriate. That's because if you're dating someone who just doesn't want to understand the polite but fairly predictable language of diplomacy, you have little chance of getting what you want.

To understand what is happening I must remind you that no reactionary pattern is always principled wrong, but that each can be important depending on the given situation. Thus, in order to gain greater flexibility, it may be rational for one reaction to be developed by one or more instead of simply being replaced. To continue the example, if you learn to use your elbows only when you can't otherwise, but you're always prepared that, when possible, or when your opponent becomes available for dialogue, you can defend your interests elegantly and diplomatically, you will generally have better "books" (in the sense of "ason on your sleeve," possibly.

So the merging of anchors puts an end to unilaterality. This last anchor-merging exercise is also appropriate to change the meaning of negative anchors that you can't control/remove from your usual way of acting. I come back with my advice: Try to have the right to deny! Let's see how this can be put into practice!

Step 1: With the help of a VAKOG trance, translate yourself into a situation where, at that point, you are still addicted to a certain type of reaction. For example, that of professionally imposing an "mass fist-beating" opinion. Anchor this reaction normally at the maximum point of intensity of the feeling you want. Use a separator.

Step 2: Translate into another situation, where you have a different type of reaction, with which you would like to complete your unilateral reaction from the first situation. For example, empathic-diplomatic negotiation with your partner on the subject: tonight we go to the theater or the disco?!? Anchor this state at its highest intensity point. Use a separator.

Step 3: Test the functionality of each anchor by, of course, by separating them through a separator.

Step 4: Trigger anchors simultaneously and wait for a certain period. Most people perceive only a confused state of confusion, which indicates the new unconscious orientation of their reactionary pattern.

Wait with the anchor withdrawal until this experience is over. Use a separator.

Step 5: The peace future, in which you must find in a VAKOG trance three situations in the future where you will have both types of reaction and live through them satisfying experiences. Use a separator.

Step 6: Flexibility, in which you need to find in a VAKOG trance several situations in which you would like to be able to react exclusively through a certain attitude. Use a separator to get back to reality.

Steps 5 and 6 should be covered by each anchor that is meant to perform tasks that are important to you.

Now let's talk about the most common mistakes that occur during anchorage and how we can avoid them. The most important thing for all the techniques described so far is to build bridges between the components that "make" our whole (unconscious, subconscious and conscious) but also bridges between hearts, made with those around us. So, in the first place would position a correct pacing, with us and/ or with those around us. But unfortunately, this is where most blunders are made. According to experience, most of us forget about the principles of "free action" or "free will". In a kind of attempt at "translation" we forget that the unconscious (soul, spirit or whatever you want to call it) has its own interests that do not "beat" with those of the conscious or with the automatic reactions, interface, of the subconscious.

Remember that suffering is a choice and not a request of the soul. He can only ask for such a thing if he has come to experience such a thing (souls who in another life have stolen and in this life must be stolen, under similar conditions, in order to understand the "value" of the gesture made then). In the absence of a "collaboration" with matter, with the conscious he will do so, he will carry out his experience in more acceptable, more useful ways, turning our example from the status of "being stolen" into "giving up" that something, from "killing" to "forgiving" (and examples can continue but much later, in future posts).

This is where the subconscious interface comes in, which, through the feelings it conveys to us, signals our true needs. So pacing must be total at all levels in order to reach the maximum, optimal capacity of joint operation of all our components. It is only here, at this stage, that we can talk about "free action", in the absence of it everything is nothing but a permanent effort prevented from reaching... somewhere that's not good. As for "free will" the problem is complicated because it is about me and him/her, multiplied by the number of people who "form" our lives.

Each of us has the right to free will. So the interaction between people implies a real resonance of the "arbitrators" without which pacing, emotional resonance or other aspects of resonance cannot be achieved. For example, the mistake that occurs frequently in the case of collaboration between friends for directed piloting (so pacing exists), is that the "assisted" strives to "produce" as many obvious external changes as possible, in order to be "kind", to reward the efforts of the "assist" or other similar reasons. In this case, the one who induces trance and anchoring can not learn anything in this way and everything is complicated by lack of yield.

But these are the details we will discuss in their time. The problem that frequently appears on the next "place" is the choice of too big themes, according to the motto: "And now let's process in this exercise the theme of abuse that has been committed on you". This is pure imagination and sometimes it's extremely damaging. Such serious disharmonies of a spiritual-soul or bodily nature should be treated only when we have the necessary level of knowledge and exercise.

The next problem is inflated daily schedules, the idea of addressing more problems in a meeting. Any "weakening" of the emotional chain is beneficial. For this reason we must always focus on the easiest to stabilize feelings, needs, needs, desires or how you want to define them. You don't have to "crowd" your schedule, your meeting. You're not allowed. Everything will be in vain and the feelings "work" as long as their demands are not honored. Then, if, for example, relational partners (most often in the case of collaboration, "assistance") want to work together on these techniques, it is very possible that, very soon, some unexpressed or even unconscious desires to change the attitude of the other will occur in the exercise of personal interest and thus violate free will. "He/she must finally learn to stop acting like this all the time and only so (which annoys me!)" will become a message of closure of the subconscious that will not allow aggressive interfaces or simply unsupported ones, which will make it impossible to continue the exercises.

That is why I recommend that you be alone in these efforts. And the details... Another problem is that at the time of anchorage, the subject is not in the maximum state of mind determined by the VAKOG trance. The only fact that can help us in this situation is to learn to observe very carefully and to practice, practice and practice again. A last important problem (there are others) occurs when the stimulus of the anchorage to be used is related to another strong, unwanted and/ or contradictory state of mind to that desired.

This link should be dissolved or dissipated, depending on the case. There is also the possibility of using another trigger stimulus, for example, instead of a point on the arm choosing a point on the forearm. The fact is that we must not forget the limited ability of our conscious to process multiple milestones (no more than seven plus/ minus two), indicated not to exceed a limit of five anchors per "point" trigger (in the case of merging and/ or stacking of anchors).

Then, especially in the case of frequently used anchors, such as those for the state of excellence, should be triggered, as far as possible, only after the prior use of a separator. Their regular use due to the upheaination of strong feelings, perhaps with the same nuance, will change with time the experience anchored and thus will no longer allow the appearance of the desired state. If in doubt, the anchors must be rebuilt.

And, some tips on anchoring... Be careful where you anchor! In practice, body positions are usually strengthened that have already functioned as anchors to achieve desired inner states, because they have already worked well and/ or are building new anchors by touching certain areas of the body. For the anchoring you need, for example to change the consequences of certain reactions, do not use, if possible, body areas or points that, due to their frequent daily touch will make the anchor diffuse. The anchors that you want to use consciously in certain situations, and only then, must be fixed on body areas that cannot be touched by chance in everyday life.

Here are (at the end of this post) some examples of useful (conscious) anchors: the anchor of curiosity (in a trance you pass in a situation where you have been extremely curious and anchor it at the highest point of mood – it is very good in learning processes), the anchor of creativity (anchors a creative mood that will become a useful help in the profession and for brilliant problem solving in all areas of life , and not only), anchor of patience (builds an anchor for a state of mind in which you have unlimited patience, which will be useful to all people for whom things are going too slow), anchor for an increased understanding capacity (anchors a state in which you have been able to easily understand and solve various problems and will help each time you face difficult situations) and the anchor of relaxation (anchor a state of deep relaxation that will help you overcome everyday stress and be able to recover faster, being good as a separator in switching from activity to free time).

With all this knowledge we can move on to the next card, that of fixing conscious anchors. If in the making of the previous records it was necessary to record, identify, etc. the unconscious anchors, here is the time, on the basis of them to open the first cards for conscious anchors, those that we will choose and fix through the exercises, processes, techniques described. Therefore, such a form will record: the name of the person (obviously you or the name of the person you are assisting), the date (for correct identification in case of multiple restorations), the theme of the anchorage (e.g. relaxation anchor), the sensory channel (e.g. visual – Peles castle to which the visual theatre and the olfactory channel are added – aromatic fir essences), the exact description of the trigger (auditory – Peles Castle , olfactory – the smell of fir), the description of the experience used for anchoring (visit a few years ago following wonderful mountain trails and photography with all family and friends eating corn baked with straw clops on the head) and the exact purpose of using the anchor (activity-relaxation separator and relaxing state trigger).

All right, I think that's enough (for this stage). From tomorrow we'll get down to business and discuss the language of the whole...

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
