AND, any vehicle has a material part (body, passenger compartment, etc.), an energy part (engine, motion energy transmission systems to the propulsion system, etc.) and an informational part, which ensures the governance or driving of the vehicle (on-board computer, autopilot, driver). But we're not the vehicle, not even the driver.

And, the autopilot/driver, because he does not discern between good and evil (see previous posts) searches for information around and, without the ability to discern, unreservedly accepts external programs that often behave like a virus, especially due to social conditioning. And, a machine that does not work properly because it viruses (misprogramming, not conforming to the whole), degrades prematurely (madidies, early aging) and ends up becoming from a bridge between worlds, from an instrument of passage, into a master, a prison controlled by circumstances.

So the one who says he doesn't have time to relax shows us either that he's misinformed (he doesn't know what it's about), or he has other priorities (value hierarchies, programs, viruses, beliefs). But in both cases, we are talking about a man imprisoned, frozen, crystallized, rigid, who no longer wants to learn anything, who has already died, even though he seems alive. Maybe there would be some comments in the first case, but it's not. Even 3,000 years ago, Lao Zi showed that the difference between living and dead is that between flexible (relaxed – soft – warm) and rigid (tense – hard – cold). And, it was found that only people who keep alive their ability to learn new things, retain the flexibility of their body and mind, and live healthy, up to their earliest ages.

And it all starts and is maintained by the individual's ability to relax. And this is a "thing" that is learned. Yes, we can learn to relax, to remain calm, lucid in any situation, under any circumstances. This is a learning of new skills and involves awareness and training or daily practice. And that's because you need to learn something practical, not theoretical.. Any skill, such as walking or driving, is learned through repetition. Failures are signals we receive when we still have to learn, their role being to provide us with a display, a feedback, to learn, to correct our mistakes, our errors.

Those for whom failures are an opportunity to demobilize or abandon training, are mis-centered on their own image (effects), and not on what they do (cause) and those who do not find satisfaction in what they do, do not learn from mistakes and do not get far. For example, the satisfactions that arise, are obtained, in the course of a favorite activity (hobby), come from the involvement in that activity, and not from the subsequent effects (fame, rewards, etc.). No one can learn for us, no one can give us a gift. We have to be aware of that!

And while we're at it, we're aware... Because we want to voluntarily induce relaxation, when we need it, it is obvious that we need to be aware of the need and the right time. By programming all humans and animals already know how to relax, know how to detach themselves naturally from the outside world. But, at least in the case of humans, the loss of "qualities" of relaxation is due to a sustained activity in the sense of replacing natural qualities with something selected and practiced by the individual. This leads to the situation where the "buttons" needed to be pressed to trigger relaxation are totally different from normal ones.

yes, every guy gets to have other buttons to control his behavior. This leads to the fact that some panic at any stimulus that evokes a trauma, a painful experience, a memory related to a threat, others get angry when they are criticized, rejected, frustrated, etc. But as we have presented in previous posts, there is only fear and love, just sympathetic and parasympathetic... The rest are nuances: the difference between fear and anxiety is given by whether or not we realize the cause. And why is it so hard for us to realize?!? Because people always seek results, ignoring the path that comes to them, people value appearances (beauty, appearance, health, fame, power, etc.) and ignore the fact that they are effects of inner purity, harmony with the universe and with itself.

Equally aware that the universe manifests itself on many planes, material, energy and information between which there is a hierarchy of command, of relation. To focus only on the material plane is obviously a big mistake, evidence of everything we live now, most of us. And, don't imagine we're living better. We only live in more comfort and safety (repeat, quite a few of us) just because these feelings, feelings, are nothing but a symptom, an effect. In order to be truly better it is necessary to resort to methods that act at the causal, informational level. So everything we do requires a change in current paradigms, a change in materialistic and energetic mindsets or conceptions that command most of what people do.

And, the return story to nature is incomplete as long as, first and foremost, we don't turn on ourselves. Any return to nature is a demand "attracted" by a symptom of natural, natural breaking. And, therefore, attempts to return to nature are always faced with failure if, in advance, a return to the deep nature within ourselves is not realized, the inner breaking of the universe's self being the cause of memory loss, the cause of external rupture of fellows, of the environment. The fundamental rhythms of the universe sing in each of us realizing the miracle of life. So, again, we don't have to focus on the effects and ignore the cause,

Those who act on the screen to change the image, even the program, have no chance because they are not doing the right thing.

The energetic body mediates the command of the material body, by the information courts, and finally it is found that any process of energy transfer is also a display of the informational processes. Including the energy processes are under the command of the information corps, not the other way around. So, for nothing, we brake the wheels of a vehicle, unless we stop the horses, unless we suspend the transmission of the drive from the engine to the wheels. if we do not understand that the image on the screen, but also the fact that the characteristics of the energy flow represent an effect, a display of what is happening at the information level, then we will persevere in erroneous actions.

No one has escaped insomnia by fighting it, fighting, imposing willpower by amplifying the tension and excitation of the brain bark, which prolongs insomnia. Fear has somatic effects opposite to relaxation: muscle tension, vascular vasoconstriction that causes cooling of the extremities and whitening of the skin, altered heart and respiratory rhythm, alteration of sweat (emission of heterohormones or pheromones), disorders of intestinal peristalsis and others. Interestingly, nature eliminates tense people, only relaxed people being close to invulnerability, credible, accepted by the people around them (through emotional resonance).
