Relaxation has several phases / possibilities to be "achieved", there are a lot of methods in this regard. And, in almost all the relaxation methods practiced by mankind, one can identify a phase of preparation, a preliminary phase, which is nothing more than a stage of preparation of the relaxation session, an initial phase (zero). And in this sense, many unnecessary efforts can be avoided if the goal is well understood by the practitioner.

The human body (like any living organism) has a natural system of putting into activity (connection) but also one of decommissioning (disconnection), or more directly, mechanisms of starting and stopping. In order to reach self-knowledge and self-control, it is obvious that we will have to master, in the first instance, this mechanism of connection (activation) and disconnection (deactivation). It is a workout during which we really learn to drive our body (the vehicle we use in the journey through the world in which we were born) and we are no longer blinded by inoculated beliefs such as active rest, disconnection through watching TV or the like (beware, these are not ways of relaxation, of disconnection, as you have wrongly assimilated, you accepted).

We are all taught to drive cars, cars, to drive other people or, at least, to be careful, but we neglect to pilot our own vehicle, neglecting our own management. This is observed from the multiplication and spread of psycho-somatic diseases, insomnia and stress. Moreover, it is enough to observe the size of the consumption of exciting (the consumption of coffee and tea has expanded en masse in order to wake us up, to keep us in forced functioning) and the dependence on drugs, especially tranquilizers, sedatives and anxiolytics (to calm down and sleep) has increased. It is obvious that something is wrong and we must understand that the time has come to take action.

Renowned doctors have written about the mental causes of the fall of immunity, of the increase in the incidence of cancer, of blood pressure disorders, of diabetes, etc.m.d. and have emphasized that stress is an effect of the deterioration of the efficiency of the natural recovery system. In this situation are all the overworked people who are not trained to consciously amplify this recovery process. And, human intuition has never disappointed. She felt that relaxation is the way. Proof of this is the multitude of relaxation methods launched lately, a direct way, an alternative solution to the dependence on psychotropic substances and drugs.

The destination we set out to reach is the entrance to a state of relaxation that is the entrance to the oasis of tranquility, of peace, of calm, of ourselves. This journey involves lifting the anchors that keep us tied to the outside world. The inner journey that will follow will lead us to the source of omniscience and omnipotence, to the source of unconditional happiness that has always been within ourselves. This process of lifting anchors, in order to return home, is also a natural process that precedes falling asleep.

When we enter our sleep, we all become indifferent, torn or detached from the outside world, we enter the same state of peace, calm and tranquility, within ourselves, in the same natural way as in the case of relaxation. So, all this can be achieved by isolating or by breaking the ties with the outside world, by deactivating the body, by stopping or extinguishing the psycho-somatic agitation, by reconciling with the world and by reconciling with ourselves. If we act in the opposite way (straining, attachment, worries, fears, struggle) or if we leave open the gate to the outside world, this inner journey that leads us into the state of relaxation will be interrupted by disturbances (ringing, visits, conflicts, memories, physiological needs, discomfort, etc.). If instead of abandoning any external concern, we fight to fall asleep, we prolong the excitation and, therefore, insomnia.

In fact, in the course of life, the recovery process through natural sleep degrades progressively as a result of trauma, virusification and misinformation conceptual programming. The conceptual programming that has been inoculated in us during the process of social conditioning misidentifies life only with diurnal activity and blames rest as laziness, idleness, and sleep is seen as a form of total inactivity, often similar to death. This erroneous programming, in which life is identified only with diurnal activity, has as a consequence the attachment to the waking state, the abuse of stimulants (tea, coffee, etc.), chronic sleep deficit, the extension of depression and insomnia, dependence on tranquilizers and hypnotics. If we let, moreover, we want to degrade the process of natural recovery during sleep, we enter a vicious circle that leads to alteration of physical and mental capacities.

For example, brain wave pathways highlighted by the EEG (electroencephalography) show that drug-induced sleep is different from natural sleep. If the recovery process through natural sleep degrades, then grace, charm, harmony, beauty, optimal weight, calmness, tolerance, receptivity to the new, adequate response to environmental demands, health and youth, etc. are lost and exhaustion, nervousness, disease and premature aging are installed.

The relaxation method that will be proposed next represents a way of psycho-somatic deactivation, a conscious way of assisting and intensifying the natural recovery processes, which have been disturbed. For this reason, even if it is about relaxation, even if this process has the superb quality of doing the right thing yourself, most of the time it is necessary to know where we want to go through this relaxation because, with the advance in alpha techniques, theta, etc. it will get directly from this relaxation to "the middle of the operations we want to be performed".

We are therefore dealing with a simple relaxation, on a real inner journey. And, as in any trip we need to know where to go, here's why we need a kind of map that includes the destination and the road that needs to be followed to reach the target. And, this road can be done by yourself, either directly, either with the help of auditory piloting performed by running an audio file (the video files are used only for a kind of training necessary for direct visualization, made with our mind, with the "inner eyes"), or with the help of a person trained, "advanced" in the piloting procedures.

Beware, I am not saying that calling for the help of a connoisseur would be a bad idea. This call really has the gift of shortening your "road" to efficiency but, as I have said many times throughout my posts, we are dealing, in fact, with the direct action of your efforts, the person who helps you doing nothing but to save you time and to give you the opportunity to benefit from an extra energy and a plus of efficiency in these processes. Yes, it is true.

But, more true than that you realize it is for you to carry out these processes directly, to train and improve and to need a support made by another person only at certain times, when you need extra energy to achieve your goals or even do not see a way to continue. So, even though during my future posts I will often describe techniques that suggest assisting, please perceive these descriptions/tips as more "valid" in the case of your own action, without a person assisting. It is harder but much more efficient, much more accessible and "present" (often you do not have the person to assist you at hand and, just as often, you do not have the material possibilities to reward the efforts of that person who is integrated into the material life and needs some resources to "break" from it to assist you – see also my case that makes downright monumental efforts not to suffocate me in the material life in order to be able to post everything you read).

But let's get back!

In order to achieve a functional collaboration, between the pilot and the piloted one, each meeting will be preceded by the presentation of the route to be followed and of the targets to be achieved. Some people want to cure some diseases, others reduce body weight or develop psychosomatic capacities (reprogramming during the state of relaxation was used to increase sports, artistic and aesthetic, intellectual performances – increasing the "volume" and efficiency of activities related to memory, concentration, oratorical capacity, for rapid learning of foreign languages), etc.

Other people want to discover an event from the past (regression) that changed or marked their life or the erasure of a traumatic event (rape, difficult birth, accident, aggression, loss of a loved one, etc.), other people want to remember for what they are in the present, here and now, on earth, in this line of evolution (to find out what is their purpose from which they feel they have alienated at a certain moment of life) or to discover events from the future (progression and / or clairvoyance), each according to the intentions and status in which they find themselves. Moreover, one can intervene directly in the general state related to what we do and I have mentioned here the control of pains (for example in painless birth), the control of concentration (for example to increase intellectual performance) or to achieve an amplification of the actions of remote influence (such as assisting someone by piloting or such as the example of "psi" troops from different countries, which use reprogramming to increase extrasensory capacities, ESP, or extra-effectors, EEP, as reported by those who participated in remote viewing programs, human superpower programs, etc.).

So, I think you have understood that only after a briefing on the targets to be achieved and after obtaining the consent of the practitioner (patient, person, student, sportsman, military, etc.) can the meeting or journey begin, in which we are going to meet with ourselves. Do not misunderstand the fact that relaxation cannot simply be "achieved". But, as strange as it may seem, relaxation allows us, in addition to an automatic triggering of the body's recovery processes from a material point of view and an increase in its potentials of any kind, to build, to improve.

Or, this "building", this improvement, if not made consciously, in the preparation phase, the processes that are triggered during the relaxation period will follow the path "suggested" by the automatic elements delivered by the subconscious which, most of the times, represents only a manifestation of our beliefs, of the "records" of our past that, why not be fair, has brought us here where we are. If this "here, where we are" is beneficial (it is constant to be positive) there is no problem but if we are talking about a person who, for example, the constant inefficiency of his past actions manifested by physical problems (illness) or other problems (such as those related to reduced physical and mental yields, behavioral problems, etc.) to let the past act by itself is obviously an error (our past life, interpretably being wrong has brought us to the "wrong" stage in which we find ourselves). The alpha, theta, etc. techniques are based precisely on this "corrective" intervention on a future status of the completion of the procedures that are applied. It is therefore necessary to set objectives, or at least to clarify, our efforts. But, let's go back!

Therefore, the target of our journey can be reached only in the state of relaxation, only if we leave the outside world, from the surface, in order to anchor in the center of our being, which in the case of the holographic reality in which we live (you will see in much future posts that the spiritual world is also based on all the holographic manifestations) and the center of the universe. This journey is like a plunge inside, and this is achieved by putting at rest, by deactivating or relaxing at the somatic (material), respiratory (energetic) and mental (informational) level.

Relaxation means, in fact, a liberation from the periphery of the reality in which we are prisoners and with which we have identified ourselves. If we remain prisoners on the periphery of reality, in the coarse body, we cannot use the "eyes and ears" that our subtle bodies have. As long as we identify only with the signals that the body emits to our conscious and subconscious, we remain anchored to the shore, connected to the hectic surface, full of waves. If our attention is captured (focused, kidnapped) by the strain of the body and/ or mind, by pain, suffering and illness, by conflicts with fellow human beings, by worries caused by wrong identifications, then we remain anchored on the surface, prisoners of the agitation of the transitional reality in which we have fallen because of the forgetfulness of our true identity, because of the ignorance that has attracted the loss of "vision".

And, I should remember something else before I end today's tiring post! You should note that the relaxation is similar to the state of an arc (pulling arrows) in the position of maximum tension, of maximum potential. Yes, you read that right even if it seems paradoxical. When we are relaxed, rested, repaired (or as you want to consider) as a result of relaxation (I repeat, real and not the "steam" nowadays related to the "silence in front of the TV, computer, cellphone, etc." haunting the mountains, the "club", the appeal to all kinds of addictions, such as the simple immersion of the "spa" type, sex or the like, including drug administrations) then you are ready to launch any arrow towards your targets.

The example of the arrow illustrates the purpose of retreating into the deepest rest: "an arrow must first be withdrawn on the chord of the arch in the deepest state of immobility, rest or deactivation, in order to reach as far and as accurately as possible." Therefore, the journey occasioned by the relaxation session, is a retreat in rest and immobility, an interiorization towards the state of maximum potential, similar to the withdrawal of the arrow on the rope of the arch. But be aware, remember that there is a need for a target. That preparation is necessary before the relaxation session... even as I have described it in previous posts with the presentation of the processes related to the discovery of anchors, to the association to "targets", to the identification of feelings and, why not, to the identification of you, of your true one, of your true one, the one who has "targets" so well delimited for the road in this dimension.
