Yesterday, in an excess of fatigue, I beat a little and deviated from the real topics of my
posts. It all started from ignorance, a term that reminded me of my efforts to synthesize towards the accessibility of materials (which I have been working on for some time). So, I stuck to ignorance... Let's get on with it!

For all the spiritual masters that mankind had, the real cause of man's suffering and powerlessness, fallen or not, has always been ignorance, blindness (in Sanskrit language "avidya" which comes from "a" which means "without" and "vidya" which means "view"). And that's when we all know we don't lack the "eyes" we need to see reality. Ba. Moreover, we are dealing with a true virus with wrong and accepted beliefs regardless of the social, cultural, etc. justification attributed to this "registration" of ours in a sea of partial untruths or truths, misidentifying ourselves with what we are not.

To understand the previous statements that I will describe an experiment. Arrange a room with cubes arranged inside it. These cubes have different colors and are large enough to prevent the person 'in the study' from accessing them. The person is then suggested by hypnotic trance to stop seeing/ perceiving a certain color, e.g. red. After waking up, this person no longer sees any of the red cubes placed in the room.

The conclusion: the man programmed not to see (although he has eyes, functional, not physically affected), no longer sees the red cubes and bumps into them not understanding what is happening, often reacting furiously to "invisible" objects (for him). Moreover, after completing the experiment, when asked about what he thinks he lived, he issued some of the most hallucinatory theories (with a content related to the paranormal even though in psychological "analysis" the person had proved to be "pure-blood materialist"), impossible to correlate with the reality that he was experiencing it (that he did not see the red objects). So, by logical extension, beliefs, dogmas, mentalities, expectations, the "common place" represented by what we call "common sense", are only programs implanted and accepted by us, elevated to the rank of "reality itself", proving that the programs that have been innoculated are substitutes for reality, because we do not see reality directly but as an illusory reality, by interceding these "glasses" or "conceptual filters".

To wake up from this "sleep" (either hypnotic), in which amnesia obviously manifests itself (we no longer really know who we are and what we are dealing with) and blindness (we use only the eyes of the physical body, with the value of simple sensors of the manifestations of light reflected and/ or emitted) we have to go the same way but in reverse through knowledge and recognition (in the case of hypnosis it is about proceeding to proceed to the centrifugal hypnosis instead of the

This blindness is due to the ignorance of the signal sent by the "subtle" eyes, evidence of the numerous cases in which the cessation of blindness has invariably manifested itself in all people who have experienced detachment from the body during accidents (surgical) or in those who have been re-inimated after the experience of clinical death.

And, from ancient times, we get a number of procedures to "get rid" of this "blindness". The first, the most famous, is the technique of Socrates' (maieutic) estate. It consists of three steps (either them and separate ways, if applied correctly) represented by:

1. Awareness of the identifications that have been inculculated to landmark individuals/individuals during social, cultural, "brass" conditioning, etc. In this respect, a number of questions are used aimed at eliminating identification with what we possess or use. The principle of action and reaction makes everything we possess (name, fame, wealth, power, position in a real or illusory social or professional hierarchy, titles, language, family, people, sex, etc.) and possess us to a greater or lesser extent, especially when we forget to exercise the capacity that defines us as people. I refer here to cases of manifestation of self-awareness when the one who identifies with his wealth commits suicide in the event of bankruptcy, the one who identifies with the possession of the loved one commits suicide or kills him in the event of separation, the one who, for example, identifies with his rank in a hierarchy and has a heart attack or is "destroyed" psychologically in case of "decay", demotion, rank... And the examples could go on... Jesus focused on what was presented before when he said, "Where our treasure is, there is our heart" (identification, attention, vulnerability). So, here's a simple "effort" where we can see what errors of perception and manifestation we have at the base of everything we do, errors that are nothing but conditionings... Here is a first additional process of "refining" everything we deduced from our analyses when making anchor sheets, then personalized ones, then those combined with feelings attracted, "alitable" of our anchors and deductions.

2. Empty by paradoxical questions. It is about a series of questions that appeal to the mind, to the rational processing of information, which are interrupted unexpectedly (attention, it takes an assistant, be it imaginary) of questions that suspend the mind (metal processes or mental traffic). The path of paradoxical questions, used by Socrates for "moses" was preserved in the "koan" method of Zen Buddhism, where questions are asked such as: "How do you pass a thread simultaneously through the ears of several needles?", "What is the sound of a single palm (when we clap hands)?", "Who am I?", "What increases how much we take from it (Romanian guesser)?" or any other useful question if the practitioner gives up rational answers. An example of "continuity" can give to the question "Who am I?". If the repetition of the question "Who am I?" is constantly used, and if the practitioner gives up the answers that define us by what we have or use (name, body, mind, social position, and other details during this journey that we call life) then the one who seeks his "true face" or identity (self, atman), deepens the void that follows after each question, until he discovers his true identity. This method, which can be called "Who am I?" was also used by the natives of Australia, Paul
Bruton describes the same method in his book on self-knowledge ("The Inner Way"), etc.

3. All this, used constantly, leads irreversibly to knowledge, to liberation (in Greek "catharsis"), "awakening" or "birth", illumination or "lowering the light of the holy spirit". And all this can only be achieved in a altered state of consciousness which, nowadays, we call enstasis, trance or state of meditation. And, any of these can only be achieved in a state of relaxation, becoming deeper and deeper, more and more "effective" the more pronounced, more complete the state. And these states are revealed, confirmed, by the rhythms of our brain activity. Alpha is the easiest stage to achieve, most related to the current, material reality, the teta is the middle stage, and the delta is the most efficient stage.

I'll come up with a few more relevant details regarding the continuity and applicability over time of the "relaxation" methods. The science of sophoreology is a science that has tried to systematize all methods of trance induction and has relabeled the therapeutic use of hypnotic and mystical trance, founded by Alphonso Caycedo and derives its name from the "sophros logos", i.e. from the healing method that appeals to the "gentle words", described by Socrates, which could not be achieved without inducing the state of relaxation either before or simultaneously, the procedure itself being oriented towards inducing and/ or maintaining relaxation. In Hinduism, "initiation" (in Sanskrit "upayana" from "upa" which means "close to" and "yana" meaning "vehicle", "link channel", "middle") was a ceremony of the kind of auditory piloting, used by the spiritual master to lead his follower on the path to awakening, awakening or enlightenment (in Sanskrit "bodhi").

And this can only be achieved in the state of relaxation, of meditation, its purpose being to maintain this state and, with its help, to reach its result. Then, the Hindu term "upanishade" (which translates to "sitting down near the master and listening to the instructions", from "upa" which means "close to", "ni" meaning "down", "shad" with the meaning of "sitting") means the last part of "shruti" ("the heard part", revealed by the sees) indicates the use of the hearing (the sense based on the last substance of the manifested universe, i.e. the ubiquitous "ether" designated in Sanskrit by "akasha"). So, pretty much everything is focused on hearing piloting and relaxation.

Also here, in upanishade, in a language that is considered to be the mother of all Indo-European languages, the meaning of the sacred syllable "OM" is discovered, the affirmation of the identity between the individual self (atman) and the universal self (brahman) and are listed the means of centering, which were subsequently systematized in yoga sutra by Pantajali. The same means of centering are recorded in the Shivaism of Kasmir (Vijnana Bhairava) since 2,500 before our era.

In China, auditory piloting used the text of Lao Zi, whose daily recitation was heard for the beneficial effect on people, on the house and on the weather (if people practiced anchoring in tao then people and nature would enter into harmony, the seasons and rains came on time, and so on.m). There is even a Chinese proverb that tells us "The spoken word is the voice of the spirit". Because the effect was beneficial it also manifested itself on those who left this realm, the text of Lao Zi being placed also in the tomb of the members of the imperial family, in the immediate vicinity of the body (recognizing the value of the written word which among the peoples of China is of great importance). Moreover, it has been observed that Lao Zi's written text acts on collective consciousness in a mysterious way, influencing the way water crystals are crystal (see water posts) and many, many other beneficial effects.

Then one can remember the Tibetan tradition in the use of auditory piloting by listening to the text known today as Bardo Thodol (in Tibetan meaning "liberation by audition in the intermediate state") both in the moments before falling asleep and in the moments before death. In Tibetan Buddhism, life is considered to be a holographic cyclic process both spatially and temporally, at the cosmic and individual level. This cyclical process, which begins with birth and ends with death, is repeated cyclically, over the course of several lives until liberation (nirvana), but is also present during a single day (the diurnal cycle) or a single year, or in the life of a single man (waking up, falling asleep). In fact, all the ancients used to diagnose the fact that in a single day of a man's life, the phases of his entire life are repeated.

Tibetan tradition considers that the process of death (but also the process of sleep) and rebirth (the process of awakening) is made up of intermediate phases or states (in the Tibetan language "bardo") in number of six (three that characterize the life embodied here, down, as a kind of floating phase, even called "floating life", and the next three that encompass the 49-day transformation process, separating death from rebirth). The floating phase, designates "drift" or wandering in the second, illusory reality, which ceases only when anchoring in the immutable foundation and "direct view", that is, when we discover the center.

If the metamorphosis (second birth, awakening, enlightenment) has not already occurred during life, and if it is missed and identification with the spirit in its true nature, which is perceived in the form of a bright white light (at the end of a tunnel, when the outer reality disappears) during the bardo of the moment of death (dharmakaya), a process of transformation begins, which takes place over the 49 days. If the one who dies fails to identify with this vision (white light) he falls for 3 – 4 days in days of unconsciousness, at which point begins disorganization of the functioning of the physical body (3 days), as the effect of disaggregation of the five coatings (skanda – bodies, coverings).

The mummification of the Egyptian pharaohs technologically copied imperfectly the incorruptibility effect of the body of the saints who wanted to leave the descendants a proof of the suspension of disaggregation, because they could completely leave our phenomenal plan. The ancients used the suspension of vital processes to perform interplanetary or interdimensional journeys or isolation and survival during periods of dissolution of the manifested universe (pralaya) or planetary disasters. It is worth remembering that the respect for the "smelling saints of the mire" is much older than Christianity, which only perpetuates it.

Then one can remember the path used by the Islamic mystics (sufi), the occult isolation used in ancient Egypt and the Middle Ages by those who practiced internal alchemy (equivalent to Taoist internal alchemy – "nei-tan").

And last but not least, we can talk about hypnosis. Many people, even hypnosis practitioners, have an erroneous image of trance and hypnosis. This erroneous image was created by those who do not want to lose the monopoly of social manipulation. All means of influence can be used for our benefit or to our detriment, anything (television, plane, knife, state organization) is not in itself something good or something bad. A thing can be used beneficially or harmfully, depending on the level of consciousness reached by the user, a scalpel in the hand of a surgeon can save life while in the hand of a murderer is used to take the lives of fellows.

So hypnosis should not be labeled as good or bad. Osho said that, "hypnosis is the ladder that we descended into the world where we fell prisoners but the same ladder can also be used to climb, to free ourselves from bondage, from ignorance, from identification, so that we can awaken to reality." The superficial resemblance to sleep of some manifestations during hypnosis led to its labeling after "hypnos" (from The Greek meaning sleep, Hypnos is the god of sleep). Such labelling does not take into account the existence of trance in persons who appear to be on standby. But in the light of current neurophysiological research this superficial identification between hypnosis and sleep has proved false, discovering that electro-encephalographic rhythms reveal a state of paradoxical wakefulness, known in the ancient world as turiya (in Sanskrit "fourth state").

This is why alpha, teta, etc. (similar level) techniques are easily "assimilated" with both relaxation and auditory piloting techniques or autohypnosis (and, in the case of assistance, hypnosis). To understand some "superlatives" of the method I can give you some examples of a reality in which people did not follow something specific but were under the direct action of self-hypnosis. One orator, a well-known American politician, knowing his weakness to focus on what he is actually doing by forgetting the world around him (self-hypnosis, and not lack of concentration or the like), asked his friend that when his speech ends he will prick him in the leg with a needle.

The concentration albeit absorption of the orator was so strong, so deep that it felt nothing and did not stop until it considered that it had completed, although it had long had the needle stuck in its leg. The same anesthesia was observed in Russian aircraft pilots with very serious injuries, incompatible with life, who were so concerned with saving the aircraft that, despite their injuries, they brought the aircraft to the ground and only then died.

And there's a lot more to present, but enough of the gargle of "persuasion"! From tomorrow we continue with what interests, dealing with relaxation.

Anyway, there's a lot more to show here, but... Attention! I have presented this information to you, without detailing it more than necessary, because it will be synthesized, incorporated, into all the techniques I will post in the future. Eventually, for "students" I will return to their presentation when I have time or I have indicated to them what to study in their searches. Thank you for your understanding! And we're back to "Enough for Today!" ...

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
