Let's finish with the description of a "process" of relaxation and self-programming!
But before I get to work, I have to point out that it is a simple description of a technique that applies to an imaginary character, to a particular individual. This technique must be adapted for each of us and, moreover, at the different moments in our lives, at our advance in these practices, etc.m.d. But, I'll come back... Let's get to work so that I can have the weekend oriented to other directions!

Now I start the climb, I head to the exit. I sit in the elevator that will take me to the surface, I'm in the elevator, I start to climb, I have the feeling that I'm going up to the surface. When I get to the count at 9 I will be in the previous state.

1, I climb, I got to the 1st floor. After the exit I will remember everything I saw during the inner journey. In the future I will enter when I want in the control room using the descent elevator, after entering the state of calm.

2, I ascend, when I will want to enter this state alone, I will sit down and say the word "calm." I'm going to visualize the surface of a restless water with waves that is becoming calmer, like a mirror, like water over which oil has been poured. With each listening to the recording I will become more and more attentive to what I see in the command room, with each repetition of the piloting practice I will enter much easier into this state of centering.

3, I go up, at the next meeting when I hear the word "calm" I will immediately enter into a state of imperturbable calm.

4, I climb, when I hear the word "calm" I will enter much easier into a state of imperturbable calm, into a much deeper state of calm, into a state in which I will only hear the voice that pilots me. The word "calm" will cause immediate entry into a much deeper state of imperturbable calm.

5, I climb, in the interval between sessions I will become more and more aware of everything I feel, at night I will sleep more and more deeply and my sleep will be more restful. In the interval between sessions my body will rejuvenate, it will heal, it will become more and more healthy and more beautiful. Each session brings me closer to awakening, to discovering my true identity. After each session I am much closer to awakening to the true reality. After each session I am closer to the awakening of the divine powers. I will have access to direct capacities of knowledge and action, intellectual, imaginative and creative performances will be amplified, I will reach unsuspected performances, I will discover remarkable solutions to all the problems that keep humanity in place and I will see that they are accepted and implemented with joy by those around me. I will think positively. I see the good side of every thing.

6. I climb, I perceive myself as a spring, as a sun, I am a creator, I notice the favorable part of any situation or chance, I expect the future as a rain of beneficial happenings. I will radiate around sympathy, reconciliation, charm, optimism, good mood, force to mobilize, enthusiasm. I will begin to discover that I am waiting for the future with an optimistic soul. From now on I will begin to perceive the future as a wave of joys, successes and remarkable achievements that fall towards me. From now on I will begin to look forward to the future as a rain of joys, of successes, of opportunities to learn and of achievements that fall towards me.

7, I ascend, I will remember, and I will have access to all the spiritual progress made in the course of previous lives.

8, from now on I change the image I have of myself. I have in front of me an imaginary mirror in which I see an image of myself conforming to that projected in the control room. I feel like I've been forgiven of all the real and imaginary accusations. I become successful again, appreciated by everyone, lenient, tolerant, understanding. I have in front of me the imaginary mirror in which I see myself full of qualities, loved, full of divine powers and gifts. I see myself as a self-respecting man, I see myself as a man who avoids wasting ancestral energy, I see myself as a human being who learns to be more and more efficient in conserving energy. I have in front of me an imaginary mirror in which I see myself as a man attentive to the suffering of others. I see myself as a supple, elastic man, free from addictions, who likes fresh air, water and fruit juices, I see myself as a being who likes clean, natural, unprocessed food, devoid of additives. I see myself as a human being who loves outdoor walks, clean water, discoveries, I see myself as a human being loving to live his own life, and not a man who loses the chance that life time offers.

9, we have reached the previous state, on the surface.

If I have practiced these relaxation exercise before bedtime I remain in this state and sleep deeply until morning when I will wake up very well refreshed. I sleep more and more deeply, the rest through sleep is amplified. If I set out to sleep I stay in this state and go into deep sleep. I sleep so deeply that nothing bothers me anymore. I remain an impartial observer of dreams, I know they are dreams and I do not identify with them. If I get information I remember it and I remember it when I wake up. The processes during sleep are amplified.
And, here we are, we have reached the exit of the state of relaxation.

1. I remain with my eyes closed, I notice my body from the outside. As the exit to the surface happens, I witness the reactivation of the body, the revitalization of the body shells. Upon awakening I will feel good, full of zest for life, full of good mood, as after a restful sleep.

2. Without opening my eyes, I inhale deeply and visualize vitality, I visualize the life force entering through the soles, climbing through the legs and flooding the body. I breathe in and visualize a white light that climbs through the soles, I feel how the white light fills me with vitality and with zest for life, it awakens me to life. I enter the world, I go down into the body, I take possession of the body.

3. I feel at every inspiration how the life force ascends through the soles, in the form of a light energy of a pure white. I feel how the life force heals me and cleanses me of all impurities. I exhale as if in a deep sigh and I notice the descent through the top of my head of a purifying light that fills my whole body, I feel the whole body flooded with life force and with vital energy, I feel at each exhalation how the life force descends through the top of my head to the soles of my feet.

4. Without opening my eyes I feel how I reactivate, I feel how I wake up and without opening my eyes I feel the body waking up from numbness, I feel the body mobilizing, activating, I feel the life force pulsating in the fingers of the hands, in the toes of the feet, in the whole body. I feel the energy reactivating the body that awakens to life. Upon awakening I will feel well disposed, full of zest for life, rested, renewed, as after a restful sleep.

5.M I woke up without opening my eyes. I begin to lie down well, to yawn. I breathe deeply, I lie down well. I'm completely awakened, I've come to the surface. I am completely awakened, renewed, full of mood, full of vitality, healed, restored. I woke up. Now I open my eyes, I notice myself, I lie down well, I get up slowly, I do some mobilization, debagging, dynamizing, warming movements, I mobilize my arms and legs, I shake my arms, my legs, I go to the bathroom to wash my face ...

And, with these, it can be said that the sitting of relaxation is over.

From a technical point of view I should have also talked to you about the evaluation phase of the hearing. From my point of view, this is no longer necessary. Obviously, those who do their job properly the evaluation no longer makes sense because they will accurately and without doubt feel the progress or the stagnations "made". Moreover, regardless of success or failure, these techniques will be applied in a permanent adaptation to what exists "in front of everyone". Beware for those who record failure or stagnation! Identify all obstacles encountered such as critical spirit, doubt, haste, inner dialogue, lack of perseverance (and the list goes on)!

I assure you that if the job does not work, you are definitely wrong somewhere (unless you are not allowed what you want to achieve through your "supplements" to the simple effort of relaxation that is beneficial regardless of the circumstances – when I say "supplements" I mean the ambitions that are reflected in the statements you insert during the auditory piloting – but about these "details" we will discuss again). It is also necessary to pay attention to the excess of zeal that almost always gives rise to strain and, not to relaxation.

The right attitude is that of centering in unseating consciousness.

And, especially importantly, record in an intimate diary (or something similar) all the objectives you have (this can be done "by itself" and particularly organized if you realize with attention, patience and perseverance the anchor sheets, the personalized anchor sheets, the "who am I" sheet as well as the statement with feelings and anchors). In the same way (recording in a kind of diary) you must act in case of obstacles encountered as well as the results obtained...

And, there would be something else to add about sleep. It should be remembered that to sleep more is to live longer. From the research carried out so far, it seems that the key to longevity is due to some hormones, from which the growth hormone stands out, but also by the very concept of rest, of rest. There are pathological sleep disorders due to hormonal imbalances that also have genetic origins (diseases of genetic origin) that reveal the impact of the genetic determination of everyone's tendency to sleep, which is purely hormonal and does not depend on the real needs of an individual (we do not necessarily need more to sleep because we have spent more, I had more activity, and the stress produced by the activity most often causes an extension of the waking state). Again, this shows us that we need to be more attentive to our often deceptive sensations, precisely because in humans, all this is controllable by will.

Then we can recall the hormonal disorders that produce the disease popularly called "somnambulism" that is characterized by the execution of actions or gestures thought out in the dream, without receiving stimuli from the real environment (which can lead to comical or even dangerous situations). If for "Western" science there are great uncertainties regarding many of the phases of sleep, things are totally different for the spiritual traditions on Earth.

But, coming back, the phases of sleep are nothing more than states of progressive transition of the waking state to this peak, which is the paradoxical sleep, in which the brain gradually decreases its activity and that of the rest of the body to a threshold from where it suddenly passes to an extreme activity of the brain and an extreme inactivity of the rest of the body (exactly what we can consciously achieve through relaxation exercises). All this knowledge is given to us precisely by the electroencephalogram. For example, before it was believed that we dream throughout the sleep period. This false sensation is accentuated by the fact that when we are unconscious, the brain does not retain information in memory and gives a feeling of temporal non-existence (the sensation of time that passes is lost).

It is also very funny to notice (since we do not see that the utility could be emotional release or catharsis) that dreams always appear to be very realistic. This is explained by the fact that even the brain creates these illusions, without the existence of any censorship or filtering, unlike artificial illusions (from a cinema where we can always see the edges of the screen, the neighbor, we feel seated, we see the montage and cuts of images, the parasites of images, etc.).

Another interesting thing to note is the presence of sleep cycles during the waking period during the day.

That is, without falling into a state of unconsciousness, we go every two hours through phases of relative sleepiness (decrease in energy) and increased excitation, without voluntary effort. These cycles can be used to maximize this ability, to rhythm breaks and moments of maximum concentration in our activity and, secondly, to choose when to sleep, even outside of ordinary periods. We can also note that the important influx of blood to the stomach, at the beginning of digestion (after eating) has a soporific effect deviating the oxygen consumption from the brain. Therefore, we must avoid working, playing, being creative or focusing during this period because the yields will be low (on a general background of drowsiness).

Moreover, it is not good to go to bed during these periods because sleep leads to a decrease in the activity of the internal organs, and therefore of the digestive ones. This is the perfect time for recreational and non-physical activities that require less reflection (reading, TV, someone, board games or pure administrative stuff, etc.) because if the blood had to go to the muscles (breathing and glucose), for example, that would be detrimental to digestion and brain activity (maybe that's why most syncopes and fainting occur during these very periods).

Shia, there's something else to say about the quality of the bed and the position we sleep in (and that's what I'm finishing with this post with). A good bed should be hard. The system with wooden slats and hard mattresses (e.g. dense sponge) are recognized by all doctors as the best bed at present. It is necessary that the bed (mattress) does not deform in the course of use. Similarly, its "softness" can attract abnormal (unnatural) curvatures of the spine. Then, the best "position" of sleep is the one "on the back" (dorsal decubitus, savasana) to defend the spine from the pressure exerted by weight on the vertebral cartilages (which can deteriorate and are very difficult to "recover").

Sleeping "on one side" attracts asymmetrical subsidking of the vertebrae. This asymmetry is naturally compensated and minimized by the frequent change of position (left, right) during sleep, during the sleep phases. And, the worst position is the one "on the belly" that forces either a twisting of the entire column in order to be able to place the head, or only of the local vertebrae (at the cost represented by the fact that the local torsion is more accentuated). Moreover, we must understand that, under normal circumstances, we spend over a third of our lives in bed (often only one night is required to convince ourselves that sleeping in a bad position is "penalized" with pain). Beware of sleeping "on your back"! This position requires caution in the sense that a pillow is required that is raised enough to avoid the tongue blocking the throat or, worse, drowning with regurgitations or vomiting (there are many cases of deaths from this cause). And, it really arrives for today!

Obviously, all the presented can be applied only and only if you feel that you are "resonating" with the presented ones. This example tried to cover as many of the "elements" of an individual, of a person. However, each individual person has his own specific needs and, thus, an audio file for each individual, for each stage of training (if it was still called so) has his form of drafting. But, I'll be back in future posts!

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!!!
