A slightly longer post will follow because I want to take advantage of this weekend to actually start the alpha techniques. So, today I will do my best to finalize a description of the forms, the methods of meditation (of course, with some connection to the new medicine and less to something else).

The first step would be passive meditation, the simplest form of human activity that can bring us to the alpha zone, under control, to meditate. If you strive and learn well, you will end up in a position to release the force of the imagination to solve some of the problems you are dealing with.

As you well know, I always recommend that you learn for yourself any form of access to our native areas of action. Do not forget, even in the presence of a truly experienced guide, it is necessary, in fact, also for you, your perceptions and your understanding, which is why the presence of an "assistant" may not be as full of efficiency as you may think. So, I'm going to present a simple method, slower and a little bit modified than the ones you can have a connection with in some courses. The important thing is that I try to make everything easy, so that it is not difficult for you (in the real way).

Do not forget that any step towards your strength and understanding is a greater gain than you could imagine, Even if you learn only meditation, after which you will interrupt the next steps, and you will still be able to cope with more situations than before or much better. During meditation you enter a wonderful territory, very difficult to put into words, the beauty encountered here having a truly calming, relaxing effect. Moreover, as you meditate, you reach deeper and deeper levels of your self and feel more and more strongly the inner peace of mind, so solid that you will no longer be able to be influenced.

All this will benefit your body as well. For starters you will notice that, during meditation, any feeling of annoyance, of hatred, of anguish disappears. One of the beauties of meditation (with its most easily reached stage, the alpha phase) is that you can not keep in any way the feelings of annoyance, of regret, of hatred, of anguish, they always remain outside, "at the door", and when you come back you will find that they were taken by someone else. And, for the most "fierce" of you, those who necessarily want to prove that it is not so, that you are able to carry fear or hatred or something else "disturbing" in the alpha state (in fact it is something impossible, meaning that you are not doing the right thing), you will see that the repetition of the exercises will reveal to you that the mere appearance of such feelings is equal to the landing from a boat that took you to the alpha, going back in beta.

But you'll see something else... That these feelings that we will symbolically call "evil", with the repetition of the exercises, will have less and less power to pull you out of the alpha, the evil feelings disappearing little by little from your life... Completely (if only during meditation, at first). This effort is one of neutralizing the thoughts that poison the body, mind and spirit that is directly proportional not to the intensity of the evil feelings but to the quality of your effort.

Our body has its perfect model because it was created in His image and likeness, that is, it was designed to be healthy and to recover the supreme knowledge (omniscience). He has his own self-healing mechanisms built in from the start, mechanisms blocked by a mental who has forgotten about self-control because of conditionings, wrong beliefs, etc. Here is, thus, a new argument regarding the fact that everything is in our power and, any outside help remains only a help that can not heal but only help our person to heal (to do the right thing). In our environments, of those who practice the new medicine, there are some "suggestions" that when you help someone heal, the "power" of the effect is at least three times greater than if you try the same thing on yourself (the one who helps). It is something similar to moving a very heavy stone.

If you, the weakened one, the one who is looking for help, you stop to move it in the direction you want, obviously you can or cannot. If you can do that, obviously you won't ask for any help. But if you can't, help can do that, provided it pushes in the direction you want. Thus, the stone will move with a yield that is, in fact, also related to you, the one who "guides" through his request the action of "help". So, automatically, we have two forces that act in the direction desired by the one who requested the help to which he competes the fact that "help" has greater force because it is not affected by your problem... I think you understand and I will come back to my logical line of exposition.

From previous posts you have been able to deduce that the relaxation exercise can be particularly elaborate. But, there are also lighter forms. A prime example would be the entry into the alpha in the lying position. In the morning, after waking up, we do our toilet if necessary and then we would get back to bed and have the clock ring once more in 15 minutes (this if you fall asleep somehow during exercise – at the beginning of the practice this happens quite often). Thus, we sit relaxed on our backs with the left hand outstretched beside the body, with the palm up, and with the right glued to the body anywhere (beware, the left-handers will do the opposite). They are necessary because in the left palm (right to left) there is a secondary reception chakra (at the other hand being the emission).

These chakras represent a kind of pivot of exchange and metabolism of subtle energies, that is, an energy center. By the recommended position there is no danger that the energy you receive from above will be lost uncontrollably. For those who do not believe in such a thing, it is recommended that you be positioned in this way, "because this is how it was found that it is better". Close your eyes and look under your eyelids up at an angle of relatively 200. This angle is equivalent to the one under which you look at an object located 2 m from the ground and 3 m from you. It is at these angles that a maximum concentration of the upper chakras is achieved. For those who do not simply believe, this is the most effective position, without clarifying the reasons why this is manifest. Simply put, accessing alpha is much easier that way.

Now we will proceed to a kind of recitation of a phrase "magical", like "Sesam open yourself" but which sounds like this: "I count from 100 to 1 and I enter the deepest areas of the alpha" or "Number from 50 to 1 and I relax perfectly", or others... The sentence can be modified as it suits you, but once you have accepted it do not change it (because it will be an anchor – see previous posts). In the first week, the counting starts at 100 and the frequency with which you pronounce the numbers in your mind should not be less than a second.

Pay attention to the counting! Don't cheat because you can't cheat your own mind! You will feel how you dive more and more into relaxation, in fact in alpha (even if, for the hyperactive, hyperstressed, this will take 2 – 3 days). When you reach 1 you are in alpha, ready to use this state in any beneficial direction (beware, its orientation in evil directions will cause you harm – something like "let the neighbor's goat die" – literally, believe me). Therefore, my advice is that, at first, do not rush with the use of the alpha state, but only to practice to reach it, enjoying for a few minutes this pleasant, peaceful state.

Although only the simple counting from 100 to 1 helps to land in the alpha, it has been found that it takes between 35 - 50 days to learn the conscious activation of the area (even in the case of using an electroencephalograph, in the conditions of increasing the accuracy of "fixing" the alpha perception, 15 to 20 days are still required). So in the first week the counting will start from 100 to 1, in the second from 50 to 1, the third from 25 and in the fourth from 10 to 1, in the last one being counted only from 5 to 1 to enter the alpha (so, only in 5 seconds). There is the possibility of quickly entering the alpha and then, move on to the lower numerical set (if you were in the stage with the counting from 100 you will start the next day counting from 50 and so on).

Every time it happens to fall asleep, the next day, at the continuation of the exercise, introduce an awkward but not disturbing factor (remove the pillow, pass from the bed to the armchair, etc.). If your film has been "broken" resume counting where you think you stopped without forcing yourself. And, from day one, you will have to learn the method of exiting alpha and returning to beta, which follows the same procedure of mentally saying a sentence like "Rare number from 1 to 5 and I come back in beta, I am awake, relaxed and I feel better than before". Open your eyes somewhere between 3 and 4 and at 5 you are completely awake and relaxed. There is also the variant in which the "magic formula" used as a programming factor or deprogramming in alpha will be repeated (you will see in future posts what it is about) saying something like "I feel much better disposed, much healthier and much quieter", between 3 and 4, after which the formula "This is the reality" will be used when it reaches 5.

In the next stage, the entry into the alpha in other stable positions will be practiced. After the learning phase has passed (25, 35 – 50 days, as the case may be) follows the stage of learning the entrance to alpha and from other positions. For this we will sit in an armchair, or Turkish or anyway, but be a light position. Place your hands comfortably in your lap, right underneath, left above (left-handed people will do the opposite), both hands with their palms up. Don't let your head hang! Relax the body, turn your attention to the crown of the head, then slowly descend mentally on the face, on the neck, on the arms, on the thorax, on the abdomen, on the hips, on the legs.

You will notice from the first attempt, with surprise, how contracted the body is. Unwind it by following the same steps, from the crown to the soles. Now look at a point about 450 above the horizontal and fix it until you feel your eyelids are heavy and let them close. Count now slowly from 50 to 1 using simultaneously the sentence you already know, you have fixed it as optimal, personal, your "sesame". This will be done for a week then in the following week start counting at 25, then at 10 and finally at 5. If from the first day you get to the alpha easily, starting from the next day you switch to start counting at 25, and so on. This exercise, no longer related to morning, awakening, can be performed 2 to 3 times a day at different times. This will teach you to enter the alpha at any time of the day.

From this "point" you can proceed to the entrance to the alpha from any position, from any place, at any time. So the last part is learning anywhere. That is, on the tram, bus, subway, on the way to and from work, etc. Resume counting from 50, then from 25, then from 10, then from 5, after the already known procedure. By mastering all this you will be able to activate alpha at any time and in any place, which is very useful for further work (there are some techniques that use anchoring but I will describe them in future posts).

Now that we've gotten into the alpha, let's see what this state is for (even though I've given you a lot of details throughout previous posts). From the very first day of entering the alpha zone, of activating the alpha state, the contemplative meditation will begin. It consists of the "famous" visualization (imaginary theater, visual theater, visual imagery – the mental realization of an image). Visualization is particularly important in alpha, so it is very good to strive to get a more perfect, chromatic image (it can be obtained from the very first day).

To the visual image you will have to make an effort to "join" the visual perceptions and possible sensory perceptions related to the auditory, kinesthetic path (touching, touching, caressing, etc.), olfactory and gustatory (according to the well-known VAKOG formula presented in previous posts). It is advisable to make this effort little by little, sensation by sensation, until you can achieve the complete imagery (the complete picture you will get only in a few days). The better, the more complete you visualize, the stronger, the more stable the effects you can count on in your self-control in alpha.

For starters, for the purpose of visualization, you need to create a useful tool, called a mental screen. It is not about a kind of screen like the one from the cinema, opaque, but about a simple delimitation of the field of vision like a rectangular space (screen type) on which the images will be projected. This screen should not be imagined behind the eyelids but at a distance of about 2 m in front, at an optimal viewing angle of 200. No matter what the theme of the meditation is, that object or being will always be projected on this screen. Later you will see other possibilities to use it.

From the first day try to visualize on this screen something simple, such as a fruit (an apple or a pear) trying to visualize it in as much detail as possible. Don't change the theme later that day! View the three-dimensional, colorful image, try to perceive its aromas, taste, unfold it in two, bite off it and feel its taste. Then bring the two halves together and redo the whole. This is how the basic law will be taught in alpha, that in alpha anything is possible: the reunited fruit has no trace of it although it has been cut, that it has bitten out of it. Maybe you'll get in trouble. It is said about our brain that it is like a stick monkey, that it does anything but the right thing. At first, the vast majority of us are surprised at how little they can command their brains.

On the "work" screen will appear all kinds of parasitic, disturbing images, which will cover almost the entire screen. In this case, fine, slow, without suddenness, with the hand (in alpha, naturally, we do not use the hand of the physical body but of the energetic one) smoothly pushes the screen from right to left. You will notice that it slides gently, disappearing from your field of view only the disturbing, awkward images, the "homework" remaining on the screen that seems next to it. If still appear awkward, parasitic images, insist! At some point "someone" will get bored and surely it will not be you who will be the parasites. This is how you learn to keep the brain under control, to force it to work only on the theme you gave it, not to wander where it wants (that's at least in alpha). The brain has too much force to be left out of control. If we learn to coordinate his activity, then he will be able to perform surprising things for our benefit, as you will see later.

Until then, however, perform the exercises stoically, systematically, step by step. Practice the brain to easily and quickly, smoothly, smoothly, reach the alpha and focus on making images as real as possible from the sensitive point of view of all the sense organs. At first, foreign thoughts will also enter the image from time to time. Be tolerant of them, do not sudden them. Slowly push them aside and get it back to your only task at the moment, visualization. If you get annoyed you will be immediately disembarked from the alpha.

And even if you do just that, your body will only benefit. Studies have shown that even in beginners there is a sensitive decrease in oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide expiration by reducing the respiratory rhythm, respectively the amount of air exchanged, optimizing blood pressure, the level of lactic acid in the blood, which refers to anaerobic metabolism. And all these physiological changes are not even noticed while they are sitting and meditating with their eyes closed. Because you hear the voices of those around you, you know where you are and what you're doing, moreover, you're also thinking about it and you can even think that nothing happened.

The state of meditation is a natural state, as a background of diurnal activity. Every day you are there, but especially when you relax or daydream. There's nothing extraordinary about it, you don't hear sirens songs, and no trumpets greet you at the entrance to the alpha. In vain you are waiting for an official communication of presence in the alpha, but still you are here and, through exercise, you attract more and more under control this area of the subconscious. As you know how to meditate better and better in a directed way, you can use more and more usefully the techniques of self-control in order to achieve your goals that you do not even think about yet (although it would be much better if you think about them, if you have fixed them, identified them, etc. by the techniques described in previous posts related to anchors, of feelings, of languages, etc.).

It seems like a childhood that you can completely change your life in just 2 – 3 months, but you must keep in mind that in alpha any good result, any success, is the starting point for the next step. That is why the precedent must always be the same, in space, time and method. Any change only leads to delays or failure (in the case of people in a hurry, strongly stressed, etc.). During the practice, physiological advantages also appear: all the cells of your body, all the bones, all the muscles, all the nerves, all the glands actively participate in relaxation. It makes the most of these moments that the average person lacks due to everyday stress, due to the supremacy of beta. If, however, you continue after 35 to 50 days, it will be an interesting experience materialized in reaching deep levels of the soul. With time, these walks will be more and more natural and the shade of adventure will disappear. Many leave meditation at this point, forgetting that they are not participating in a trip on their own and that it is the first step (perhaps) of the most important journey of their lives.

Offf, as much as I want to finish I will not succeed in this post (I will continue in the one tomorrow). But to complete, I will list some ideas for deepening the state of meditation. Based on my own experience, but also on that of many others, including from the researches already undertaken for more than 100 years (without taking into account the millenary experience of the forefathers), some ideas were born in order to deepen the state of meditation.

First of all, we must not forget to look a little up, under the eyelids. Due to some causes not yet known, the slight lifting of the eyes, at an angle of 200 above the horizontal, leads to a significant increase in the "production" of alpha waves. Secondly, it is good that, for a moment, a kind of refreshing of memory with the feeling of relaxation is done: close your fist and squeeze it tightly, harder, after which you let go. This is the moment of relaxation, the moment when you can physically feel the relaxation. Then contract your leg muscles, make an effort and keep them tense and relax them. Do the same with the muscles of the jaws.

A pleasant feeling of relaxation will be felt. All this is due to the fact that "the organic restoration in the rest after the effort, creating an inertia in the return to the initial state, surpasses the initial organic level of relaxation before the applied effort, thus achieving a momentary overcompensation of relaxation". Third, before you close your eyes for meditation, tire them by looking at a point about 450 above the horizontal. Keep your head straight and try not to blink. If you feel the need to blink (normally after about half a minute), close your eyes and continue meditation according to the learned way.

Fourth, before you finish the meditation by counting from 1 to 5 (coming back in beta) tell yourself in your mind "every time I relax like this, I get to deeper and deeper areas of the alpha", before ending the counting and using "This is the reality". Sixthly, in the visualization effort of the first stages of learning, a real initial visual landmark, "training" can be used, in the sense that, in the case of viewing an apple, a real apple can be used, before the exercise itself, practicing the memorization of details. And the advice can go on but, all in their own time!
