Let's move now from passive meditation (shown in yesterday's post) to active meditation!

If you remember too much during meditation, it will be hard for you to go from beta to alpha, which is why the transition to alpha must be practiced, each repetition being a reference point for the next occasion. The more such reference points you have, the easier meditation will become, which will become step by step a known territory. Moreover, from one day to the next you will no longer have conflicting feelings regarding the sacrifice of the few minutes daily, being, at some point, ready to move on to active meditation.

Now design your familiar objects in front of you, preferably as colorful as possible. You can design an orange, a lemon, a freshly out-of-print banknote. Whatever the object is, project it onto the mental screen for a few seconds. Don't consume yourself if it disappears. It's a well-fixed habit in us to jump from one idea to another (remember our mind and comparison to the drunken monkey). Don't get out of your way! Let your ideas appear on the screen like actors on stage. But since you're the one who writes the play, after the actors have said what they had to say, make them disappear and return it to your original image.

If it's already going well, switch to more complex images that, in addition to the movements, also contain motion. Thus: white clouds float in a clear sky; drops of dew are leaked on the petals of a rose bathed in the sun reflecting in the rainbow its rays; in the stream that flows merrily among the stones, etc.m.d. Visualize outside your body, the image to be there, outside. Viewing outside the body is related to the alpha, eyesight is the beta field. Normal vision is the beta level (and that's what anyone with intact eyes can do), visualization is the alpha level (and that's what anyone can do even a blind person).

It can be noticed that the advance in visualization is related to the exercise. The purpose of repetition is not only to achieve what we want by practicing these techniques, but also to permanently increase the viewing capacity. Thus, every time you lie in bed for a new session, close your eyes, always look up under your eyelids at about 200, rarely count from 5 to 1. Now that you keep up, give a few minutes to the view and before returning to beta it rarely counts from 1 to 5. Visualization and fantasy are two essential things that help increase your ability as a clairvoyant. Does it seem to you that it is a waste of time simply imagining objects as if you were dreaming of them? Or the fantasy of a situation or a commitment?

These questions represent misconceptions about visualization and fantasy, as they essentially contribute to the reduction of the number of clairvoyants (pursued in time by those who want control of the masses, even by the simple invention of the phrase "witch hunt" or simply "heretic" or "uniffable"). Those few minutes that you spend in the morning doing your mental images activate the unused cells in your brain and put them to work to achieve your goals. They are the neurons of the right hemisphere (right-handed, left-handed in reverse) and their activation is essential for your future activity.

That is why it is essential to practice viewing several times a day, similarly as after waking up. That is, during the day, while reading a book, stop at a word that you are related to a practical activity from the past and form a mental image about it. For example, you read about a house: stop reading and remind yourself of a house you once saw. Visualize it! Bring back your memories of this house. Do the same thing when a discussion mentions something that you are related to the past. It develops the image, thus creating a kind of mental cinema.

Active meditation is creative, programming both you and others. You can even schedule events. The images projected on your screen are shadows of things from the past but also of events from the future. Let's stop for a moment. Hasn't that happened to you before? They all visualize, they all make mental images with the mind's eye. A magnificent future building does not simply appear before our eyes. It is, above all, an image projected in the mind of an architect (or another person).

Only then, through further efforts, there is a sketch on paper, then a detailed drawing, then the plan by which the building will be made, then this plan and many, many more will allow that building to be perceived by our eyes. What are you viewing? You imagine the problems, they trouble you, you get into trouble with your position, with your share of the gain, with the deadlines, with the obstacles, with the way to achieve a certain work?!? After all, what happens in reality when you sit comfortably in an armchair or bed and visualize your problems?!? They are hardening, they are fighting to become reality! Your energy feeds them to become an even more prominent and more authentic reality (as long as you have a solution to solve them they are unstable). So, first of all, that's what the method of self-control helps to do, not to visualize problems but to solve them.

And the change that follows is special. Because you are also in these images, it is necessary that during the exercises you start to visualize yourself. A woman looks very often in the mirror, for example when arranging her hair, without her not mattering to the whole image, focusing on what she is doing. So does the man when he shaves, and what he sees he receives them as something natural. That's why you can project an orange onto the mental screen much easier than your own face, your own face. But, you can improve the situation by looking in the mirror, memorizing your face. Close your eyes and enter the alpha, lift your gaze under your eyelids slightly upwards and project the image onto the mental screen. Gently open your eyes and compare the image obtained with the image in the mirror, close them back and restore the image on the screen. Repeat the exercise until you really visualize your own image on the mental screen, then return it to beta.

Some easily make detailed mental images. It is a perfect start for a clairvoyant future, but not essential. As you start your daily viewing, it will work better for you. The essential thing is to have in your head the idea, the conception of what you want to project on the mental screen. Then the image already seems to come by itself. Close your eyes and project half a watermelon onto the screen, with the inside towards you. What else have you noticed outside of the green shell? Probably the red pulp inside, the black seeds, the white inner shell... No one asked you for that, all these details. You've viewed them automatically because the notion of watermelon includes those as well. If you hadn't ever seen this fruit you would have had problems with the image.

But since you've already seen melons, the details immediately come to mind. But what if you were asked to view an elephant in a pink bonbon bikini, dancing "Pas de de deux" from "Swan Lake"? You'd be laughing! However, there would be no impediment that would prevent your mind from projecting the image, the details being known to you in advance, even if not the ensemble. But now try to visualize a protocipitoricioanga. The image does not appear! Why? Because you have no idea what proto is... that. That's why you can't shape your image on the screen. So, if the image obtained during the trainings is not clear, do not worry! Be relaxed and continue the visualization, continue practicing and everything will get better and better.

Then how do you imagine yourself during meditation? Could you see yourself on the mental screen while combing yourself? In these difficult conditions it would be a waste of time and energy so you can visualize yourself how you really want to be. This is for now only the exercise phase, but the energy you give up during visualization in alpha has a creative effect. Would you like to change from some point of view? Then choose a creative image, containing this image already made. Let's say you're impatient with your subordinates and want to change. Design an image in which to smile, to be happy and patient towards them. At most, after a week, a real change will occur.

How? In the following you will learn even more about the creative energy, about the way it conquers the land, about how it reaches other mentals, regardless of space and time, in order to solve a problem, to achieve your goal. If at the moment you do not have a special problem in which you would like a change and if you do not have any well-defined goal that you would like to achieve, form a symbolic image of yourself, which will suggest your success. Something like: "You work at a big office, which means you have an important job", "You live in a more spacious home which means you can afford it", "You sit at a festive table arranged in your honor, which means that your merits are recognized", "You have discussions with important people, which means that you are accepted by them", etc. Choose the image with discernment! During meditation, with each visualization, you are closer to the goal. Are you ready to develop your latent clairvoyant capabilities? It's really possible...

The next step of active meditation is... dynamic meditation.

In the passive meditation you have read about so far, you can get in other ways. Thus, you can focus, instead of the image on the mental screen, on a sound pronounced loudly (or mentally), such as "OM", "AUM", "AMEN". You can focus on the rhythm of your breathing (as you'll see in future posts) or a specific point in or on your body. You can focus on the music you listen to, etc. All these methods, and not only them, can also lead you into a state of calm meditation.

However, it is recommended to count (according to the procedures described in previous posts) because, through it, you tie your attention from the very first stages of the exercise. Once the alpha level is reached, some connections are made in your brain between this state and the success achieved or the pleasant image visualized, as a result of this the process gradually becoming an automatism. Don't forget! Any successful outcome becomes a point of reference, a starting level in the next stage, consciously or not. So we come back every time only to this one and from here we go further to the new point of reference and so on.

If you've already reached the alpha level, it's not enough to stay there and wait for something to happen. The fact is that this, too, has a very pleasant, calming effect, of maintaining your health, things that can easily attract successes, joy, etc., but compared to the possibilities offered it is only a minor, incipient result. Overcome this phase of passive meditation, direct your brain to a dynamic, organized activity, and the result obtained will overwhelm you. I remind you this because now you have overcome the phase of passive meditation and even the active one that you have read about and you can already master the method of dynamic meditation, which you will use in order to solve the problems you have put in front of you. Now you'll understand why I put so much emphasis into the imaginary materialization on the screen of any topic.

Now, before you get into the alpha, think of something pleasant, very pleasant (it can be any everyday thing), that happened to you yesterday, today, sometime. Remind yourself of the event in as much detail as possible, then enter the alpha according to the known way and project it on the screen in as detailed as possible: what did you see then, what did you hear, what touches, caresses did you feel, what did you smell, what did you taste? You'll be surprised at how big the difference is between what you feel in beta and what you feel in alpha. Almost as much as it is between pronouncing "swimming" and "actually swimming." What sense does all this make? It represents both a step on a road that leads to greater achievements, and something very useful (the simple remembrance of a pleasant event brings us to that state regardless of the state we "have" at the time of the exercise).

Then think of an object that you don't know where you put it and that you should look for a long time before you can find it. For example, you can't find your car keys. Where am I? On the desk, in the pocket of the coat that you took out last night in the car? If you're not really sure where you left them, it goes into the alpha, bring back to your memory the last moment you had them in your hand and move gradually from that moment to the present. At some point you will get to the time where you left them somewhere. Going back in beta you'll find them right there (unless someone has moved/picked them up in the meantime, in which case the data of the problem changes and you need another method for which, yet, you are not ready). Imagine a student who no longer knows the exact date on which the teacher fixed the exam: this Wednesday or next Wednesday? Going into the alpha, the dilemma is solved by itself. All this, but not only, is simple everyday problems solvable through a simple meditation.

Now let's take a huge step. We will interconnect a real event with an imaginary one (but wanted to happen) and observe what happens. In order to make the desired ones a reality, it is necessary to take into account some elementary requirements. The first requirement is the need to wish with all my heart that the event occurs in reality. Don't think of minor things! You want, for example, that your boss is friendly, that he supports you, that a certain client is interested in the merchandise you offer, that you find interest in doing a dull thing that you are obliged to do, that a colleague who likes her very much to accept your presence, possibly to become interested in you, etc. These are all already serious things, things that you can intensely want.

The second requirement is that you must be convinced that the real (achievable) desired event will occur in reality. If the respective buyer is already tired of the merchandise you offer him or if your goods are not comparatively qualitative or have a lower price-quality ratio, you can not seriously believe that he will buy it from you (even if, often, this "happens"). As a result, your brain will ignore the idea of succeeding in the sale or will work in the opposite direction. Do not forget (things presented in detail in previous posts), the main thing you have to fight with is, in fact, the doubt that may appear in you and not in your target. The same is true of the colleague I mentioned earlier.

If your mind has the slightest sign of doubt about the gesture of closeness to it, if your intentions have no chance to be in line with its intentions, if you "stretch yourself more than your duvet is", give up the illusions you have. If you find the way to there is no doubt, your success will exceed any expectations, it will exceed any standards imaginable by those around you, in your life, in your knowledge. The third requirement is that you have to wait for the event to happen. Perhaps this is the most delicate of all requirements. The first two are passive requirements but this is eminently active. An event may be desired, you may think (in beta) that it will occur, but without waiting for it to actually take place, the effect will be passive.

This is where self-control and visualization actively come in. And, the fourth requirement (but not the last), is clear: You can't cause evil! It's not just that you're not allowed to, it's just that you can't. This is an all-embracing basic law in spirituality. By working dynamically in the alpha, you get in touch with higher intelligence (higher spirits, spiritual guides, guardian angels, etc.) from whose point of view an evil thought is immaterial, forbidden. You can "dig" your boss as much as you want, but you do it by yourself (and only in beta), this (as well as any evil thought/ intention) is an impossibility. Moreover, if on your level of meditation you tried to tune yourself with an intelligence that would help you in an evil plan, it would be something similar to when you struggle to catch a non-existent station on a radio.

You read that right! There's so much going on on our planet and so many evils being real that in alpha it's impossible to cause anything evil. Yes! All evils happen in beta, only in beta (so neither in teta or delta or gamma - suprabeta). All the research in the field has confirmed this. The "effort to do harm" is a waste of time unnecessary. But if you really want a demonstration, go into the alpha and try to cause someone a trivial headache! if you are able to visualize the event to a sufficient extent, the result will be that the suffering will be achieved by yourself (and not the person concerned), this in the conditions in which you manage to keep yourself in the alpha (and it means that you definitely have something in the "box" or even hate with your whole being that target) because this kind of action to immediately throw in beta. But, let me come back, let's see how it would proceed in the case of a grumpy boss!

When you intend something better in your life, it is necessary to choose an event that would mean solving a desired problem, in which you can believe. So it is necessary to choose a real problem, which has not yet been solved by itself. For example, our grumpy boss. Enter the alpha by following the following three steps: 1. Bring back to your mental screen a recent event related to the theme and relive it for the moment, 2. Push the image to the left of the screen and make another scene appear in its place, which will happen tomorrow. In this scene, everyone around the boss is serene and cheerful because he has received good news. Now, definitely, he too has become more smiling.

If you know the concrete cause of this change, visualize it! As vividly and with as many details as possible. Savor the image for a few minutes. 3. Push this image slowly to the left, bringing in its place a third, in which the boss is a pleasant, happy man (as he may be from time to time). Live this moment as vividly as possible, as if it were happening in reality. Enjoy it for 10 – 15 minutes at least. Next, counting in the known way, rarely, from 1 to 5, return it to beta and you will feel better than before the exercise. Be convinced that through this seemingly simple exercise, you have coupled into the game forces capable of solving the problem.

Yes, we now need to see why we need to move images on the mental screen from right to left (and vice versa to left-handed). Experience shows that in the deep areas of consciousness, the movement in time of the phenomena is perceived as a flow from right to left. In other words, the future is treated as something on the right, and the past on the left (as on the real axis of numbers: minus – zero – plus). Another explanation would be that the future is about projection and the past analytical. As the right hemisphere is the projective one and the left one is the analytical one, here is an answer for the materialistic grumblings...

Does that work right away? Not! However, over time, you will notice that coincidences appear that begin to multiply, and at some point you will have to admit that the result (or results) obtained can no longer be explained by the term simple coincidence. Too many such simple coincidences accumulate over time. Moreover, if you interrupt self-control, the number of these coincidences will begin to decrease (if you resume it will start to increase). But, from my point of view, orient your energies, your being, towards the beings that really matter!

Gradually, with the passage of time and with the accumulation of more and more personal experience, you will notice that even the events with a decreasing probability of occurring fall among those named above simple coincidences. As the personal experience increases, the results will be more and more comprehensive, more surprising (viewed from beta, by those in beta). And let's not forget that the starting point of an alpha session is always the most successful previous event. If you achieve great success, it will hence from now become the starting point for further. With this, problem solving is getting better and better.
