To begin with, let's do the "opening of the school year" (I hope it's just another year of work only on alpha and theta therapies, that about everything I'm going to do and post here, I certainly won't finish in this life)...

So, we've all seen that: 1. Knowing who you are and what you want is the basic key, the main one, 2. Relaxation is the key to action (passive meditation) and 3. Action, Perseverance, are the keys to success (active and dynamic meditation) – To be able to master what you are in order to reach what you want.

About the "keys" 1 and 2 we have talked at length in previous posts, so now it's time for action. According to the "custom" of all those who approached alpha and theta therapies (authors, gurus, etc.m.d.), I will try to empties my presentations in a kind of daily suite of exercises, like a school curriculum.

It is worth remembering that, like the school in real life, when you have reached a school (of a certain level, even of "zero level") you need to "have" a kind of minimum knowledge, whether it is called "7 years from home", "primary education", "secondary education", etc. OK, what knowledge do we need to have to get to "these alpha and theta courses, and what was it after"?!?

From my own experience and from that of others, much more practitioners than I am, I have to tell you that it is about a high level, something comparable to the PhD in our real world of "studios" (maybe that is why it is called an ordinary doctor "doctor" and not "doctor"). Yes, you read that right, it's something similar to your PhD! But, here we are not talking about something scientific, such as a PhD in medicine, PhD in psychology, sociology, in economic sciences, etc. or in other science (without taking into account their specialties) but it is about a kind of PhD in "nativity", in what we are real, a kind of PhD about us, "Originals".

Perhaps that is why, although it is something native, the real knowledge necessary to be able to "reach" a palpable level of knowledge in the line of the new medicine is something particularly difficult to achieve and, above all, to master. In over 20 years of practice I have encountered many personalities, from the simplest to the most complex and, perhaps, I have reached the "separations" of reality from me in "materialists", "worshippers" and "divinators", then subdivided, each in part into "ignorant", "profane", "assistants", "specialists" and "perfectionists". And, all this is not related to the actual studies of each individual, many of the great "ignorant" encountered by me being precisely the medical professionals (regardless of the "reached" ascent in the hierarchy of this profession) but only to the acceptance of who we are. And the more we are possessed of our beliefs, the more subjugated we are, and the more we admit that there is anything else, the lower the class of course of our lives. But let me come back to what interests us!

So, the basic knowledge, the "seven years at home" that I mentioned before, is the ones that we were talking about. If we have lost touch with us we have to go through the processes described in previous posts related to anchors, feelings, etc. It is only from this moment that it can be said that we move to the "zero" class (according to the new standards of our education), where we will go through the elements related to relaxation (presented in the immediately previous posts).

Considering that we have passed the "zero" class, let's start the school classes!

The first lesson of the course in alpha is also related to relaxation because... "Relaxation is key" (you intuited, I'm sure). The simple relaxation (passive, passive meditation that I mentioned in previous posts), recommended three times a day (minimum) will allow you to initiate any action you want. (an example of this is that of a person with a tumor in the cervical area – the neck area, for the unknowing of medical terms – who had caused him a progressive paralysis that affected his hands and feet; he relaxed three times a day and imagined how the tumor was getting smaller and smaller, how the immune system tracks and disperses the tumor, how his body eliminates through urine and feces any element associable to the tumor and schedules itself "from day to day I feel much better, from all points of view"; both only; and he succeeded in becoming healthy to the surprise of the doctors, but also their blame for his success, although he had given up their services – doctors are rarely able to accept the ability of man to use his mind to remedy his body's condition because the interactions between mind and body are not studied in medical schools, at least for now, what to consider and the clear inseherence of something other than the mind).

But in this first course we will get acquainted with active and / or dynamic relaxation (although from the previous posts you should have mastered their theoretical elements). So, we're going to use the alpha state to broaden our area of consciousness and improve our ability to solve problems.

So, to the beginning, to your surprise, I must emphasize that health problems are the easiest to solve, because we have control over all the sources of these problems. The human body is fully equipped for self-healing and we interfere with this natural process through our erroneous beliefs or when we react to events around us (from the outside but also from the inside) through worry and stress. The elimination of these interferences is possible, first of all, by the relaxed reaction to all these events. Then we can also stimulate the healing energy by conceiving positive mental projections and positive verbal instructions.

If you have gone through the previous posts (well, I repeat, not with your eyes but with everything you represent, going through a series of letters without understanding, without the effort of understanding brings nothing but wasted time) you can deduce that it is necessary to repeat with the help of which the effects appear more and more efficiently, as we practice. Another advantage of practicing is that you can expect a true miracle to be performed even if you are a beginner.

It all lies in your real ability to get involved. Your positive confidence and expectations represent the "green light" that communicates to neurons that they must improve the state of the body or work to find the solutions for action for a certain problem (if we also take into account the actions on the subconscious that attract other autonomous or spiritual "participations", it is not difficult to deduce the magnitude of the positive effects that will follow, as long as it is done correctly).

So it's time to make a decision. Do you want to have more control over your own life? If the answer is yes, the time has come to put to work not only the neurons that until now were idle or, worse, were working against you, but also even the last cell of the organism you "have" (to remember the retrieval with what you are real, with the spirit?!?) ...

We have several ways of doing things at our disposal. The first is represented (and is also the most recommended, at least in the initial phases of the long road you started on) by the method of auditory piloting (described in previous posts). The second is to memorize, literally, each step you will take. This memorization can be done either directly, memorizing the instructions and then closing your eyes and actually going into the alpha and what you're going to do next.

Beware, watching a video, a powerpoint file or simply reading from here or from a printed material (printed, printed) you will not be able to relax (that is why the most appropriate method would be the auditory one). But, for example, if you memorize with the help of a video, which possibly also includes audio instructions, you will have the ability to memorize much faster and much more "definitively" (if I may say so, because the visual material is retained much faster and better, implicitly through the participation of additional auditory stimuli that can subsequently constitute the background of an auditory piloting)... Offf, even that it's complicated...

So read the instructions, memorize them as much as possible, leave the monitor (or printed material) aside and follow the instructions you have gone through (memorized)!

What you just did is called programming. Even if it seems difficult, the ability to schedule (self-programming) will increase with each such meeting you go through. So it will improve by itself with time. Likewise, gradually, you will relax faster and deeper, you will visualize things better and better, and the positive expectations and confidence will intensify (if only by simply eliminating the doubt), allowing you to achieve better and more important results. As usual, I will do my best to make myself as well understood as possible, to guide you on your way, no matter what that may be.

Everything that will follow will be presented in phases, on
steps (like an algorithm) in the genre:

1. Sit comfortably to relax and close your eyes (it would be advisable to lie down on a bed but you can also use a comfortable armchair, a chair or sit on a mattress, on the floor, etc. – do not forget about the procedure for preparing the relaxation described in previous posts);

2. Inhale deeply and, while exhaling (actually at each exhalation) relax your body (do not forget about the relaxation procedure described in previous posts);

3. Slowly count back, from 100 to 1 (each digit/pass to be around a second);

4. Imagine a place full of leisure that you know (the more details it will be, the better – do not forget about the processes described in previous posts);

5. Say yourself in your mind: "My body and mind will always be in a state of perfect health" (or another statement – the inserted statement is an indicative one, each of you can choose what he sees fit, which resonates most with the moment when this suite of initiation starts);

6. After completion, start counting from 1 to 5 saying in your mind that when you open your eyes, after reaching 5, you will feel very awake and better than before. When you get to 3, repeat the statement. Once you have reached number 5 open your eyes and say it again: "I am perfectly awake and I feel better than before".

Here I, the author of these materials, have come to a conclusion that will require some effort on your part. Here's what it's all about! First (without forgetting the first lesson) let's go a little by teaching the "strangers" how to make the audio and/ or video materials that can help enormously everything that will follow, both in alpha therapies and in the theta.
