Translation Draft

Let's continue with the realization of our autopilotation file... After my introductory formula, which you can omit, comes the time of body relaxation, even total, described in previous posts.

... (inspiring) I am ready to enter (exhale) in a resting position, (inhale) in an immobile position, (exhale) natural and comfortable. (inspiring) I stand up, (exhale) from whatever position I find myself. (inspiring) Now I begin (exhale) to shake well, (now it does not matter the breath but only the time you consider that you have to "shake" your body – movements of relative repeated stretching, like those when you stretch out for sleep followed by the struggle, shaking the extremities (hands, feet) including head rotations for the neck muscles) I shake my hands, legs, head well, now I begin to stretch my whole body well, so, I raise my arms above my head, I stretch my arms more and more, I stretch out well of everything, I stretch myself better and better, I stretch my legs, so, I stretch my hands and feet as much as possible, I yawn, so, I stretch well my whole body, yawn, aaa (onomatopoea that mimics yawning) and I stretch well. I do the same as when I want to go to bed, to fall asleep. Now I start to sit down, I'm careful to follow the instructions, of the settlement. Now I start to sit slowly on my back, calmly, carefully, I put my back very slowly, I sit down... blah, blah, blah... I described the procedure in detail in previous posts.

It is worth remembering that an ordering is resumed, a synchronization with the breath as soon as the actual exercise of relaxation begins, the one in which the attention is focused on the limbs with the imposition of the feeling of heaviness, then of warmth, etc. (I repeat, everything has already been described, in previous posts, being only necessary to adapt it to you) according to the typical and concrete needs (I could "stick" but I do not have time for such details, nor is it indicated, each of us being obliged to discover what is the self of each one).

Like the introductory part (presented in yesterday's post), you have to make a kind of scenario that you will record using the Audacity audio utility. From experience I recommend you to work with "pieces" of audio commands in the sense of making, for example, a file "I'm ready to enter", then a file "in a rest position", etc.m.d. (see the beginning of the exercise, today's scenario). The Audacity utility allows you to work with such "bits", technically called "Samples", which, put "together" and/ or next to each other, where you need to "the words" necessary for autopilotation are inserted in addition to a background soundtrack that will constitute the "main line" – but, all in their time), will form the final audio line of your autopilotation exercise.

Now it's time to get into the technical details of making the "audio column" that will pilot our auditory (with the help of Audacity). The descriptions I will make will be particularly thorough so that we can help those who are unknowing in "computer art" and the realization of "media materials" (both audio and video, if possible – Video materials will be especially useful at the time of fixing the technique of visual imagery, when we will use suggestive images, photographs of ourselves possibly taken in the most wonderful moments of our lives, etc.

All in their own time! I have been a "computer scientist" for over 30 years – yes, you have read well – and I know how I have to make these materials even if I get terribly bored when I "make" them and it only saves me the desire to move forward in what I do – it took me more than 3 days to be able to get over the impulse of boredom that I mentioned previously) with the help of this art. So no matter how long it takes me, I'm going to move forward on that line. For starters I will go on the "line" of making larger samples, such as that of groups. And, lo and behold, I proceeded to record the beginning part... I pressed the recording (the button with a circle, as I showed you in yesterday's post), I uttered the words in front of the microphone (according to the indications of tone of voice, breathing, etc.) and here's what came out.

I forgot to remind you that, as soon as you start recording, this is signaled to you by a vertical line cursor that goes from the "zero" time increase on the time line that is at the top of this visual structure implicitly grouped on the two audio channels that will be recorded (left - right). Any sound taken by the microphone will be "signaled" by the recorded signal (blue in the image – the areas circled in red being delimited by me to figure out what is the "time of inspiration" and those delimited with green being the "exhalation time" – attention, they do not appear in Audacity).

Finally, when you decide that your message is over, press the stop (the button with the square inside) and the cursor that shows you the passage of time will stop and Audacity will automatically "pass" you to the start of the recording. Beware, stopping the recording does not automatically mean that you have also saved. It is just a temporary file that will be deleted automatically if you do not save! Then, also as a detail of the save operation, when you save, a file typical of the use for Audacity is actually saved (with the extension .aup – from the audacity project, I think) and not a general usable file such as the mp3 file. In order to benefit from a general usable file it is necessary to use the "export" facility ("Export audio") which also appears in the "File" or "File" menu... But I will "talk" about all this a little later...

This can be easily noticed if you want to close the program, which launches the query that asks you to save or simply close the program without saving your registration. OK, you can also choose this direct way to save but, the program was equipped with a normal way to save it by calling its menu on the path "File" + "Save project" or "Save project as" (if you want to save an existing file but change its name so you can use it distinctly), possibly use the key combination "shortcut" consisting of the combination "Ctrl" + "s".

Then, in the case of the example in the image "attached" by me, the sound message exceeded the limit of the 14 seconds (which can be seen at the top, on the time axis), which is why the "management" of the sample becomes cumbersome (what is seen is not the entire recording but only a part of it). For this reason, Audacity is equipped with the possibility to increase or decrease the audio column displayed using the magnifying buttons (circled in red in the image below) or shrinking (circled with green).

Following the "decrease" of the view, the image presented by Audacity looks like this:

In the case of my example, it can be seen that the duration of the entire sample is 1.22 minutes (it is only about the introductory formula from the previous post). Why did I point this out?!? It all depends on the time you want to allocate to yourself. The formulas of autohypnosis or auditory riding or whatever you want to call it can be as short as you want them but also as long as you want it to be. But, let's get on!

Now we have the autopilot sample available and, if you have been careful, we need a background soundtrack. This soundtrack can be represented by any type of music that you like and that induces the maximum feeling of relaxation (from my point of view) it would be useless to use a manea in which "my enemies die" or a rock line in which relaxation is just a manifestation of addiction. First of all, the melodic lines of the background should be as instrumental as possible to avoid interfering other words in what you want to do.

Secondly, these melodic lines really have to be soothing and their selection must take into account only and only relaxation and not depressive memories or that will "bring" you into a state where your memories are twisted even on a sexual line, of pure manifestation of the love you once had, in those wonderful moments that make you so much like that melodic line. From experience I can suggest you use neutral melodic lines, for example a melodic line downloaded from Youtube. Here there are numerous examples, with suggestive titles related to relaxation, dreaming, meditation, etc.

In time you can make selections that I suggest you download and use in the final audio file that is intended to be used for autopilotation. Out of laziness or lack of time, in my initial practice I used playbacks of overlapping files (several songs and audio files running at the same time) but I quickly noticed the desynchronizations that occur with these practices. So I moved on to making standalone files, which I recommend.

And, there would be something else before I wrap up this post... Spinning in a world of those skilled in computer stuff but also of those who are eternally running out of time, I have received various requests for "coordination" and "correction". The laziness or lack of time I mentioned earlier "hit" more people than I expected and who were "using" the simultaneous running of files from Youtube. Beware, it really is an erroneous practice (if only because of the desynchronization I mentioned before) because "when the world is dearer to you" there is an advertisement that will spoil everything... You will see when you proceed to the realization of the audio file that it takes a lot of patience and painstaking but it is worth it. The effects you will benefit from will surpass any of your imaginations.

But, arrive for today! Let's see you all the way to the next posts!

Love, Gratitude and Understanding (Namaste)!
